16. Please ,they blood tested him and his test are coming back negative. Maybe he just scored and fell off the wagon or something or maybe it WAS someone else's bag like he said,Of course they will charge him, possession is 9/10th of the law, add the fact he is black, no way was he not getting charged. By the way didnt Lindsay Hohan have cocaine in her pocket when she got arrested and said it was somebody else's drug she was holding and wasnt charged...hmmmmmmmmm

17. You people are all missing the point ! Gary is letting everyone know he's a BAD BOY. Many Women like BAD BOYS because they do not run in the same gossip circles as the good girls so there is a higher expaectation of quality intimacy. It's to bad good girls have to date from the gutter to have something of a private life.

18. I just want to say I know that the people at the CSI studio offered Gary rehab, all at their expense, but he refused. So people have tried to intervene. He's got to be able to admit he has a problem, then want to make a change. Same old lines, but very true. He's the nicest guy ever, when not on drugs.
