Failed singer Kelly Osbourne is still a chip off the old block -- literally.

The 23-year-old rehabbed celebuspawn needed some assistance staying upright as she wobbled out of a London bar and into a taxi on Tuesday night. Oopsies!

At least she didn't drink and drive.

31. You know what.......she is 23 yrs. old. Went out and partied, had a bit too much and did the smart thing.......took a cab.

BTW, I think she is looking fitter and thinner than I've ever seen her.

32. Is Kelly really that white? Man, she's like paper white. I didn't know that white people came that white without using the same whitening cream Michael Jackson uses......... or maybe people who live in the dark and never come out during the day.

Let's hear it for the parenting skills of Sharon and Ozzy.

(You notice that the Ozzy's other daughter from her first marriage doesn't make it into the news because her mother brought her up properly, and she avoids the spotlight.)
