Partly Cloudy with a Chance of Groping

A little song, a little dance, a little drizzle down your pants. That kinda sums up a blistering lawsuit filed by a former Weather Channel anchor against her colleague.

Hillary Andrews claims Bob Stokes tormented her with crude, sexual come-ons, including once allegedly asking her, "Will you lick my swizzle stick?" Andrews also claims Stokes followed her into the women's dressing room, quizzed her about her sexual relationships, and pleaded with her to say she found him attractive. Oh yeah, and then there's this... Stokes allegedly told her, "It tortures me when you wear those heels and skirt."

Andrews took legal action against The Weather Channel, claiming it retaliated against her after she complained and then refused to take action against Stokes. Both since have been fired.

Thesmokinggun.com obtained a lawsuit filed by Andrews against Stokes. That case is pending. Our forecast....he's screwed.

Dancing and Having Sex with the Stars

There have been rumors swirling over who's hooking up with who on "Dancing with the Stars." There's a story going around that Cheryl Burke hooked up with Drew Lachey, although both strongly deny it. Mario Lopez definitely got busy with Karina Smirnov. And now we know Derek Hough and Shannon Elizabeth got it on.

So what is the "DWTS" policy on the subject of sex with your partner? Our sources connected with the show say ... there is no policy. Dancers can do what they want, and the fact is, it's good for business when there's steam.

Is the Fix in For Archuleta?

David Archuleta could fart and the "A.I." judges would say bravo.

Davie boy was pretty good last night, but really, it's as if the judges were preprogrammed to drool over him regardless of what he did. They didn't cream over Kelly Clarkson the way they did with David, and no offense, but he eats her dust.

"Idol" has its mitts on the recording contracts of the winners. So is this about talent, or that David is more commercial and has a longer shelf life? We're just askin'.....

Celeb Skin and Bones

32. TMZ "They didn't cream over Kelly Clarkson the way they did with David, and no offense, but he eats her dust."
is it really necessary to lower journalism standards to using sexual innuendoes, TMZ HAS NO CLASS OR ITS STAFF"
ABOUT THE WORD EXCITED IS BETTER, PASSIONATE INSTEAD OF "CREAM"
I THINK TMZ WATCHES AND READS FROM TOO MUCH PORNO WEBSITES... ITSN'T IN LIFE TO BETTER YOURSELFS AND STANDARDS OR GO BACKWARDS..

33. 5. So typical that they fire the woman who was being harrassed. How do they justify that?? We have not come very far after all.

I have no idea where they broadcast from but if this is South than its not strange at all as the South is 200 yrs behind the North . I moved from NY to Miami and feel like I went back in time . If this is true as I have no idea she needs to sue the station for hundreds of millions if they did nothing about it

34. Why can't IDOL have 2 winners at the end? A precedence should be in the making here.

35. Yes, it is BS that the female was fired, although, that should be a very positive thing for her case, now she can sue the guy and the company, YEAH! When are people going to realize this equal opportunity is a crock! Inequality is not only in the office but still runs rampant in many places. Check out the pay of a male and female doing the same job at many companies, then check out their paycheck! I personally know of companies still doing it.

About the David A and the David C thing, David C is obviously more seasoned entertainer and I predict will most definately win. David A is a very talented young boy and his voice will become much stronger and rearranging songs will become much easier with age, he has a future in singing, I'm sure some label will make sure of it. Syesha definately has a voice of great range and will probably be another Jennifer Hudson. Unfortunately this year, people are really hung up on the guys, to me the remaining three are all great and have a future. Also, I'm so sorry for not remembering her name, but the girl with the tatoo on her one arm should have also been in the top four, she will rock and definately have a singing career, go do it sweetie!!!!

36. David Archuleta needs no fix from anyone. He's simply much better than all the rest.

37. BOB STOKES LOOKS LIKE A PREDITOR AND SHOULD BE FIRED IN NOT ALREADY DISMISSED. THE METEOROLOGOIST HAS HIS MIND ON MORE THAN WEATHER!

38. I remember watching the Weather Channel team of Bob Stokes/Hillary Andrews and thinking that he was always overtly coming on to her. It was creepy to watch him. Bob Stokes is the one who should have been fired. Run, Hillary Andrews, run!

39. Just because a woman makes an accusation does not make the accusation true. In case no one has been watching for the last 20 years or so, accusations of sexual misconduct or the threat of filing a lawsuit, are probably the top way for lazy & incompetant tramps to get rich or advance in their jobs. I have seen it happen many times and if I am ever on a jury when one of these cases is tried, I won't give the tramp a dime, even if the accusation is true.

40. Dear Hillary Andrews, This is why they make pepper spray.

41. From the time the final 12 were selected for American Idol I said that David Archuleta had the best voice of all the male contestants and Carly Smithson had the best voice on the female side and I still believe that even though Carly was voted off. I think that Archuleta will be the eventual winner, at least I hope so.

42. YOU PEOPLE NEED TO STOP WHINNING!
JUST BECAUSE YOUR FAVORITE HAS BEEN CUT YOU'RE HATING THE KID.
THE MEDIA LIKE THE ONE THAT POST THIS QUESTION/ARTICLE ARE NOTHING BUT HATERS.
Even if it was fixed David Archuleta has the best voice! He is only 17 and very talented.
The profesional in the music industry know more than the media and the average joe.

43. I am stunned about Bob Stokes! I am a weather channel junkie and he seemed normal. No way should Hillary have been fired! You never know about people! P.S. I love David A. on American Idol. His voice is so smooth and pure - he never misses a note. He reminds me of Elliot Yamin whose CD I'm still listening to.

Posted at 6:20PM on May 7th 2008 by Nancy

44. David Cook is definitely the real deal! He has so much talent it is awesome! I think the judges want David A. to win so they try to sway the voters with their comments. They need to get real!

Posted at 6:21PM on May 7th 2008 by sidfoster

45. I don't think the fix is in for Archuletta, although he is very good for a young singer. He has to mature a little more. The winner should be David Cook, hands down. He plays instruments, has imagination with arrangements, making songs his own, and has a fabulous voice. He will do well inspite of American Idol.
