17. Why has Star Jones been using Walters' book to get attention for herself? It's not like Jones took up more than a tiny spot in the book. But she's cashing in, AGAIN.

20. I bought Barbara's book. I just started it last night. Barbara just wrote about her life, and her affair was a PART of her life. A big part.
She just wrote it, everyone brought it up.
Star is a skank. She's just mad that Barbara told it how it was when she was on the show.

21. hmmm An Affair That happened Thirty Years ago, with a man who has since divorced and remarried. And She is Called a Prostitute? Wake up Shell it takes two to have an Affair. I am Pretty sure He didn't have to be forced. Also, I really doubt that Walters took money for the sex. Why should anyone be hurt by this information in 2008? Its ancient history. We don't know the details of His Marriage at the time nor why the affair happened, guess what an ugly fact of life is Hundreds of thousands of people have affairs. She is not the only one.

25. Barbara has sold her soul for $$$. Doesn't she have enough ? She shoulda left it in the past. She's probably leaving all her $$ to her daughter, who runs a camp for troubled girls. This at least, is admirable. Wrecking the Senator's rep at this late date was reprehensible and icky. Tacky, tacky, tacky ....

27. I no longer like either Star or Barbara. They both are publicity whores. Star sold out for her dream wedding, and her marriage didn't even last for 3 years. Barbara, just because a man isn't happy at home, doesn't condone you sleeping with him while he is still married. That still makes you an adulterer and a mistress. Neither of you is not to blame for stooping really low these days. Star has no credibility left after the whole lying about her gastric bypass and her freebie wedding, and Barbara because she acts like such a ratings grubber selling out secrets that others may not have wanted shared. And Barbara doesn't even do anything for the View anymore. The show is so much better when she's not on. I have no respect for either of them anymore, and you can lump Rosie in with both of them too.

29. I just read an excerpt of her book today and it was fantastic. I can't believe all of the s**t she went through on her job. And, the Babba Wawa stuff? She talked about it, and how it hurt her feelings, then her daughter forced her to snap out it. Then she discussed meeting the Fab Ms. Radner and asking her to do the imitation for her, and how funny it was. And then she talked about the condolence note she wrote Gene Wilder. And I cried. It looks like a hell of a memoir, and I'm buying it for my vacation read.
