Sorry but Ms. Barbara built that ladder - what ever she chooses to do, that LADDER was built by Barbara and will go down in history for that.

Not that I have a dog in either fight, quite frankly I never cared for Babs but she did earn her stripes in the business. As for Star, I never knew her before and don't care to know anymore of her.

And as for the affair, the Senator was seperated from his wife, Babs was single - you know how cunning men can be, married, seperated or single can be? My God it was 30 years ago! And she got his approval before the book got published. Don't you think he would have sat his "adult children" down to let them know who daddy did 30 years ago before it hit the shelves? Why not call the ex-Senator a whore? hmmmm.

37. So sad to see Barbara in this mess! She should have stuck to HER business in the book and left Star out of it. But I guess she really wants to sell books. I really feel bad for that senator's ex-wife and children. Barbara should have kept that little tidbit to herself. The knowledge of the affair and this silly fued is ridiculous and is lowering some peoples opinion of Barbara. All these years Barbara has carried herself with grace and dignity, but I don't see her the same anymore. Like someone else said, she sold herself out to sell a book.
