31. She is looking so much better! She just looks so much healthier and that's what is important. She's not a child anymore and she has had two babies. Her body does not need to be perfect. She does have a much better weave, but I wish she would just give her own hair a break for a while. I'm sure her hair is now long enough for a cute short shaggy do. Papa Spears has done a great job!

35. Although she looks 100% healthier post-Lufti, clearly she has not been to the gym "24/7". The child is only 24 - and if she was truly working out 24/7 her body would be smoking. It also doesn't help her cause when she is always shown drinking a 600 frappiccino.
