32. She is looking so much better! She just looks so much healthier and that's what is important. She's not a child anymore and she has had two babies. Her body does not need to be perfect. She does have a much better weave, but I wish she would just give her own hair a break for a while. I'm sure her hair is now long enough for a cute short shaggy do. Papa Spears has done a great job!

34. Fat women suck!! Yes, samantha, these women are animals!! Notice, they all shut up now and are going to get their supersize meals, for lunch!! We should put fat women, in a zoo, and charge money!! Then, the kids, can throw food to them!! 36. Although she looks 100% healthier post-Lufti, clearly she has not been to the gym "24/7". The child is only 24 - and if she was truly working out 24/7 her body would be smoking. It also doesn't help her cause when she is always shown drinking a 600 frappiccino.

39. Give the girl some time! She only just started going to the gym. I also can tell you that the medication that she is on (supposedly Seroquel) indefinitely causes weight gain. Anti-psychotics, like Seroquel, notoriously cause weight gain around the belly, not to mention she's had two children. She really seems to be getting better, and I think she could really use the benefit of the doubt.
