Celebrity Justice
Hulk's Son Will Cop a Plea

Nick HoganLaw enforcement sources tell TMZ Nick Hogan will cop to a criminal charge in court tomorrow.

We're told Hogan will not fight the charge of felony reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. He will plead either guilty or no contest. Sources say no deal has been struck with prosecutors. Hogan will enter an "open plea," meaning the judge will have complete leeway in his sentencing and the victim and his family will have an opportunity to testify at a sentencing hearing on how the crime has affected their lives. The maximum penalty is five years in prison.

On August 26, 2007, Nick was driving a suped-up Toyota with passenger John Graziano when he crashed, severely injuring John.

We're told Hulk and the rest of Nick's family will be in Pinellas County court (Florida) tomorrow.

31. NICE FAMILY TREE NICK IS A SPOILED BRAT HIS SISTER IS A SPOILED TALENTLESS BRAT HIS MOM IS A FAT PIG AND HIS DAD IS AN OVER STEROIDED A-HOLE. PRAY TO GOD THAT THEY DO NOT PROCREATE

32. TMZ always does this.. they have dozens of normal looking pictures of
any given celeberty but when they want to make someone look nasty,
demonise them, or just don't like them, they take a pic blow it up
and make it all jagged looking, only to sublimelty make the viewer who
already has hate in thier heart spew more hate about someone they do
not even know personally.

Don't get me wrong he should be punished in
line with the crime, but I don't hate him. I don't even feel sorry for
him, I nothing him, but I do want to see justice served..

You morons who spew hate like that are the lemmings TMZ thrives on. Stop letting
yourself be manipulated, and don't hate people! hate things.. like
mayonaise! Hateing people only makes your life worse!

33. 29

Hulk was to busy feeling his daughter up to teach Nick right from wrong.

34. if john dies , does not nick get charged with manslaughter

35. I wonder how different the posts would be if it had been the other way around...if John had been driving and Nick had been the one injured in such a way...would it have been "stupid son of a celebrity got into the car with a drunk driver...he should know better"...either way...he would have been bashed

36. 1. Blame needs to be placed on Terri and Linda. The failed as parents.

Posted at 1:45PM on May 8th 2008 by lin

OK then do we blame Terri and Lindas parents? and so on...? You don't have a clue how they raised thier kids! Do you actually beleive that show to be true to life? If so I have some swamp land in FL to sell you.

This happens ALL THE TIME in many different cities and states. I think if you are old enough to get a licsense then you are old enough to be responsible for your actions, I am so sick and tired of teenagers being treated like toddlers when it comes to comiting crimes of an auldt nature! How about we let the judge determine his sentence not TMZ and not you!

37. NICK TREATED JOHN LIKE A BIRD HE FOUND IN THE SNOW!! BIRDY BIRDY IN THE SNOW BROKEN WING AND BROKEN TOE TOOK IT HOME FED IT SUM BREAD THEN I CRUSHED ITS STINKIN HEAD!!

38. Wow, I don't get you guys who think John is as responsible as Nick
for his injuries. With that mentality basically you are all saying
that no matter what the driver does wrong IF you as a passenger
choose to be a passenger then you are responsible for the actions of
the driver.. How stupid. Drinking isn't a crime, being a passenger
isn't a crime.. being a DRUNK passenger is not a crime. Reckless
driving is .. driving drunk is, speeding IS... Nick did these things
not the passenger. You guys make no sense at all. And even
following your nutty arguments that it's as much Johns fault... well
I'd say a frickin' coma is pretty good punishment no? .. so maybe
someone should lock up Nick until John wakes up? That way , as you
say, BOTH boys will be PUNISHED EQUALLY for their SHARED
responsibility for this accident.

39. LameMZ... we are hating on the celebrities getting slaps on the wrists for committing crimes!

I also hate reading the obvious PAID bloggers who paint this out to be some kind of kids just being caught up being kids case!!

40. If his Father bought alcohol for those boys he should be charged too. Nick should spent time in prison, he ruined someones life & I'm sure he is suffering for that, but that is not enough punishment. These celeb kids think they can do anything & get away with it because Mommy & Daddy will pay there way out of it. I don't think I could live with myself if I hurt a friend in a drunk driving accident..

41. #31 you are a naive as you sound. Do you honestly think the judge has any ruling on this. Either johns family gets mills for the hullkser or someone reaches out and touches the judge to work for nick or he goes to jail. Has absolutely nothing to do with justice. A kid is basically dead, what is the accountability of the one that caused his demise??? Regardless of the condition he may have been in. How about we go back to the bar , where they were both served. Who owes there??? Have yet to see too many situations anywhere invovling celebri spawns where the bar gets hit with serving them over the limit????

and you're stupid too! but I don't hate you! read the post more than once before you post an ignorant reply. I wish I got paid for slamming dumbasses like you! I would be rich enough to by this site and shut it down and fire everyone associated with it!

43. This little boy should get the maximum sentence allowed by law. He deserves no special treatment just because he is Hulk's son. If it were you or I that did this horrible crime there would be no talk of deals or probation. We would have been sitting in jail by now. He's only sorry because he got caught and it looks like he has no where to go. Nick not only did you cost your friend his chance to live a normal life but you literally but everyone else's life in danger that night when you chose to drive with such carelessness. I hope that while you are in jail, which you will be in soon as long as the justice system does their job right, that you will have the chance to think about what you have done and make a serious change in your life. My thoughts and prayers go out to your friend and his family and I hope that some way they are able to get through this terrible mess that you have put them in. Grow up Nick. Your are an adult. Take your punishment like a man and use that time to make improvements in your life. You have so much potential. You are a very priviledged person and can do many many good things with your life. Don't throw that away. You don't want to end up like your father a washed up has been.

Have you ever been a kid? Ever done anything that could have ended very badly, but luckily didn't? No one is saying Nick should get a slap on the wrist, but the foaming, ranting hate that is being shown is illogical. Some deeper issues in the commentor's lives being brought to the surface, I would presume.

45. Every time I read about this I am reminded of that underground video of Linda at an "illegal" drag race talking ON CAMERA about how much fun it was to race and evade the police. I wonder how much "fun" she thinks it is now?????

I know the only ones who will pay financially is their insurance company, but Nick deserves to be punished!
