Hulk's Son Will Cop a Plea

Nick HoganLaw enforcement sources tell TMZ Nick Hogan will cop to a criminal charge in court tomorrow.

We're told Hogan will not fight the charge of felony reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. He will plead either guilty or no contest. Sources say no deal has been struck with prosecutors. Hogan will enter an "open plea," meaning the judge will have complete leeway in his sentencing and the victim and his family will have an opportunity to testify at a sentencing hearing on how the crime has affected their lives. The maximum penalty is five years in prison.

On August 26, 2007, Nick was driving a suped-up Toyota with passenger John Graziano when he crashed, severely injuring John.

We're told Hulk and the rest of Nick's family will be in Pinellas County court (Florida) tomorrow.

46. I hope this idiot gets what he deserves. This arrogant, self-righteous family needs to be brought down a few levels. Happy mother's day, Linda! LOL

47. I will not hold my breath for that check...so you think he was kidnapped as well?

48. LameMZ - i was not accusing YOU of being a PAID blogger - so you can get your panties out of that knot!

and...

TMZhires13yearolds .... First of all, I did nothing to this extreme, and second, I didn't get caught!!! Imagine it is your son lying in the vegitative state, would 5 years seem like justice to you?

49. He should go to jail. I don't give a rats ass if the other kid was drinking the fact that he was wreckless driving is enough to go to jail. These kids need to learn that their actions can cause serious injuries (although he technically has learned this). As for Nick being sued, I think that's complete BS. That boy knew Nick drove like a moron. That kid drank with him, didn't wear a seat belt and look where it got him. Once again you have to learn the consequences of your actions, and being a idiot can get you hurt sometimes.

50. If his Father bought alcohol for those boys he should be charged too. Nick should spent time in prison, he ruined someones life & I'm sure he is suffering for that, but that is not enough punishment. These celeb kids think they can do anything & get away with it because Mommy & Daddy will pay there way out of it. I don't think I could live with myself if I hurt a friend in a drunk driving accident..

51. it would not matter if he was a celbrity kid or not, in Florida it seems like it is ok to drink and drive. The cops work hard to get the losers but, by court time they get to plead down to a lesser charge and walk away smiling. I see it all the time.

52. See Abby...here's the deal. You will not be liked if you post anything other than "Bury the brat under the jail!". These folks seem to think that nick forced john in the car, refused to allow him to wear a seatbelt and purposely wrecked. They seem to think the crash happened intentionally by nick. While i am truly sorry for john and his family's suffering i also believe that seeing as John made the choice to get in the car. Yes, nick should be punished and i hope he is but i get sick of these never-done-wrong posters on here.

Watch what happens now Abby....their gonna go nuts.

Yeah, I'm gonna wait for my check, too! lol. Anybody have Hulk's address? I need to send him a bill.
Now, it's not my son lying in a vegetative state, and it's not my son that was doing the driving, therefore I'm able to look at this incident objectively. And I don't believe you that you have never done anything that could have ended badly. We all have.
Someone's panties are in a wad alright. I think the fact that this is a celebrities kid is bringing up a lot of latent jealousy. Some people want very bad things to happen to people who have more than they do. Whether you are one of these, I have no way of knowing. I just know there is some irrational hatred being shown by some people who don't have a dog in this fight.

54. 48 you are an idiot how do you know what state john was in. He may have been helped into nicks car by nick .... You are such a hulk bought offf. blogger hope the money you get is worth it.......................................

56. Something stinks here, with all of the hulksters money at his disposal, he is going into court to cop a plea to a felony count?
Where is his lawyer? Or does he even have one? And even if he did have one, I cannot imagine any lawyer would allow a
plea without a fight. Unless the Graziano family has received a wrestling ring full of money, I wonder if they will ask for
leniency for prick nick.

57. #60 exactly. this has already been decided my blogs exactly......... so to all the bleeding hearts and or paid bloggers of the hulkless you are such sheep.......................................

58. *s*...thank you kitty...now I remember why I don't post on here more often than I do...

59. The one who is REALLY paying for this...is John and his family! Yeah so maybe..just MAYBE Hulk Jr. there will go to jail for what? a year..6 months?..who knows? but JOHN and his family...they wont recover in whatever time it is that Nick will get.
Nick will be able to walk away from this....John wont. EVER. John is the victim...and its John that will be a prisoner...for life.
THATS the saddest part!!

60. Yes, he should get the max, but of course he won't. He'll loose his license, fined and get his wee wee slapped. MONEY does talk. It's a crying shame, i would love to hear what John's family has to say. TMZ you better cover that. hulk and linda can rot in hell too.
