Hulk's Son Will Cop a Plea

Nick HoganLaw enforcement sources tell TMZ Nick Hogan will cop to a criminal charge in court tomorrow.

We're told Hogan will not fight the charge of felony reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. He will plead either guilty or no contest. Sources say no deal has been struck with prosecutors. Hogan will enter an "open plea," meaning the judge will have complete leeway in his sentencing and the victim and his family will have an opportunity to testify at a sentencing hearing on how the crime has affected their lives. The maximum penalty is five years in prison.

On August 26, 2007, Nick was driving a suped-up Toyota with passenger John Graziano when he crashed, severely injuring John.

We're told Hulk and the rest of Nick's family will be in Pinellas County court (Florida) tomorrow.

Now it appears there are two idiots who are too stupid and uneducated too see what I was saying. The fun part of all this is I am getting to her and pissing her off!

78. Max of only FIVE years for essentially taking the life his passenger is just not enough. When a person acts irresponsibly and without regard for the life of another, there should be much greater penalties. Its really sickening.

I just hope he gets maxed out and has to serve a few years behind bars. I dont have a lot of faith in the justice system but I can hope.....

80. In my jurisdiction, as a former prosecutor, we would never take a "no contest" plea. You are guilty or you are not. If you dont want to plead "guilty", then lets go to trial. No contest pleas, you can prove your case, but I am not admitting guilt - are bogus. Guilty or a trial. Let him answer the question, "Are you pleading guilty, because you are guilty?".
This softie, let celebrities plead no contest to charges they are obviously guilty of, should not be allowed. And we never ever allowed it.

81. LameMZ obviously takes the little yellow bus to school, along with her flotation device for the swimmimg pool. May Nick "The Prick" rot in jail for a few years and become somebody's bitch while he's at it.

I grew up in Amarillo, I actually know the funk brothers, and you sir are no Terry Funk! You are an example of the hate I have been fighting against all day. Dory Funk would smack you silly for saying that!

83. LameMz: Of course I'm not Terry Funk, you dumb ass bitch. But I think we all know by now that your name fit's you to a tee. You are quite lame!!!! By the way Dory Funk is dead, Dory Jr. is still somewhat above the sod.

84. Terry Funk Imposter, sorry that I know him well enough to just call him Dory. Terry hates when inbred morons like yourself try to imitate him. Pissants like you could never measure up to the Funk brothers since they would constantly bitch slap you for the punk you are. Now step off bitch.

85. WOW LameMZ look who's spewing the hate!!! Grow up!! Your immature post's show's the rest of us how lame your life really must be.

And not to stay off topic like the other kids...

The reason I think the Prickster is not going to fight the charge is because there was probably a nice little deal all tidied up for the Judge and whomever else might gain from this tomorrow.

86. Please.

All Little Nicky has done is just withdrawn his plea of "not guilty.

Tomorrow, he will enter a plea of "no contest"- no, he is NOT admitting any guilt or taking any responsibility.

Why?

Because he caught wind of the prosecution's case, and the evidence that wil paint he and Hulk as liars throughout this ordeal. The facts in this case were always going to arise, and show that virtually everything said by the Hogans up to now- from "he wasn't wearing a seatbelt" to "we'll take care of John's medical bills" were, in fact, complete and utter falsehoods.

Simple.

Doing this avoids painting themselves into the corner in the civil trial; If they are branded as liars in the criminal trial, there would be no chance for mercy in the cival trial.

Follow the money.

Under your definition you are as well spewing hate, but hey whatever floats your boat.. I don't hate these idiots I am just trying piss them off. Seems like you are taking personal things that aren't directed at you.

Now are you sugesting that the judge is getting paid off? This is just conjecture right? I mean surely you don't have proof? Maybe.. follow me here.. Just maybe he sees this as his best chance knowing if he lost in trial he would be much worse off? People do this all the time! But without any proof whatsoever you are making the judge and "everyone else involved" evil greedy people that does not care about justice! Shame on you Sir! You stand up for complete morons but demonise a court of law!

Wow! I kinda actually feel sorry for your ignorance... Read more non-fiction, try to out balance it with all the Law & Order you watch! (pssst, Law & Order is fiction)

90. Absolutely the Bolleas failed as parents. The video of Linda drag racing and her insipid comments of how fun it is to run from the cops shows you what kind of a person she is. Terry's buying alcohol for the guys, continuing to allow his son to drive time and time again after major speeding tickets shows the kind of person he is. As for John Graziano, life as he knew it is over. I cannot understand a 20 something man hanging around with a 16-17 year old guy. Quite possible he is just as immature as Nick. Who knows? But whatever, he for whatever he did on that fateful night is paying for his part for the rest of his life. In the meantime Nick is asking not long after the wreck "when can I drive again"? Yes the Bolleas have done a bang up job as parents. I for one will be completely shocked if he does even 24 hours. Undoubtably his lawyers have told him to plea no contest. But I don't want him to be sentenced because he is a celebrity brat. I want him sentenced because he broke the law over and over again and he finally damn near killed someone. I could care less if his parents were King Kong and Godzilla...he needs to pay the price for his wreckless actions.
