A source at trendy baby boutique Little Giraffe told us that Tom's wife buys the $78 plush, satin and Chenille blanket in bulk - ten at a time. We're guessing laundry day at the Cruise compound comes around as often as "Kate" gets good movie roles.

Little Giraffe blankets are amazing. I don't see why this is a big deal. They have plenty of money so why not spend it on Suri? Some of you guys act like it's some kind of crime. My chihuahua has several Little Giraffe blankets. The only thing Katie's missing out on is the fact that they get much softer after they're washed. They're impossibly soft to begin with, but after a few washings they're just unbelievable.

As desperately as my little one clings to her blanket, I only WISH I had thought to stock up on several "back ups" to have on hand for when her beloved blankie goes missing or is due for a good washing. Alas, by the time we realized how much it would come to mean to her and set out to go buy a coupl more, that style had been discontinued. Damn you Martha Stewart! PLEASE bring back your classic "Security Blanket" to K-mart!
While I frown on the selfish excesses of the uber wealthy, if one DOES have multipule homes and travels across the world as often as Cruise's do, it would make sense to have each home fully stocked with spare blankies.
As far as the bottle goes, I'm just a guilty of the practice with my own children. With each child it seems more unnecessary to follow all the suggested developmental guidelines.

I think this goes beyond greed. They should be buying these blankets for the poor, little sick, children who are in the childrens hospitals. These people make me sick.
