I see a half dozen people worse off than Amy anytime I walk a block through downtown Los Angeles -- People with open sores, missing limbs, obvious mental illness.........We aren't writing about getting them any help. At a certain point no matter what some one's issues are, if she isn't going to make use of the enormous advantages she has at her disposal I have to stop feeling sorry for her and start feeling ashamed of myself (just a little) for watching.
