why would you pick on a 17-years-old crying when a 25-years-old (david cook) did the same thing???
you guys are pathetic!!
David had been doing interviews since 5 in the morning. At 11 he went to the gateway mall where he expected to see a couple hundred people at the most. He did not understand how many fans he has and he was overwhelmed with gratitude when he was met by thousands of people. He thanked the people and told then how much he appreciated them and their support. He did this very well and then he walked to the back of the stage and with his back to the audience, wiped some tears of gratitude and appreciation from his eyes. He did not do this for show and tried to do it discretely. His mother also wiped tears from her eyes. Within a minute or so he regained his composure turned back around and went to sign autographs with a smile on his face. He is a genuine and humble person who appreciates more than he can put into words the support that has been shown to him. He communicates his love and his heart when he sings. I love this kid and see no need for anyone to try to hurt him. He and David C are friends and I don't believe either of them would want cruel and vicious things to be said about the other person. David believes that through music peoples hearts can be touched and the world can become a better place. All of the final three are talented and there is no need to try to hurt anyone.
TMZ - you say that like its a bad thing. he had been away from his home for 5 months he's just happy to be back and overwhelmed how many fans he has. hes not a "cry baby".
