David Archuleta was asked by a fan this morning if he'd be going on a mission for his church, since he's LDS and all.
How making Paula Abdul misty-eyed counts as spreading the word of Mormon is beyond us.

Just because he seems to be rather shy when the judges compliment him and respectful , people feel he is being phoney. Notice: If more kids would be like Archuleta the world would be a better place to live in and parents would be much happier with their children!!!

37. David Archuleta is lame! He looks like a gremlin wax figure, has the most annoying laugh, and when he performs he moves like a mechanical character from Chuck E' Cheese. The false modesty is getting old. The only good think I can say is he stoped licking his lips every 5 seconds.
Unlike David A, David Cook brings originality to the competition. He has a fresh style and I think he should win. I think Syesha is very talented, and has great vocals and personality.

38. I really don't understand why you people feel you have to "bad mouth" this young man. What a shame that the majority of you cannot stand to see a nice young man succeed. But I guess I this really isn't surprising when young and old buy the filthy words of the dope smoking, drunk driving, sex smitten, "me, myself & I" driven low life ot the world. I agree this is the land of opportunity and the underdog does survive - expecially if you pull them out of their self made gutters. I hope this handsome young man and beautiful person doesn't listen to this trash cause if he doesn't sing another song he has risen far above those who are much older than he and especially those so jealous they have to slam him every chance they get. He is a class act - but words like talent, humble, respectful are foreign words to most of you!
