16. I LOVE Mark S. Allen. The whole show is hilarious. Why watch a mundane news show? Those shows are so cookie cutter its stupid.
I live in Sacramento (antelope actually) as well. And I like him :) All of them, but mostly him. And Alan the not so much anymore not paid intern.

21. That was pretty funny. To all the people who ragged on Mark S Allen and Good Morning Sac: Get over yourselves, and don't take life so seriously. If you want hard, straight news, watch 60 minutes or Jim Lehrer. Mark S Allen is a goofball and occasional idiot, but almost always entertaining. If you don't like the show don't watch it. Are you really concerned this gives people a bad impression of Sacramento? Hate to break the news to you, but Sacramento is not a sophisticated, cosmopolitan city, so don't be so concerned this is going to tarnish our sterling reputation. Get over your small town complex. My only complaint is that this video sent me into flashbacks of "2 girls, 1 cup". Now that was horrifying.

22. So, I suppose the producers never thought that having a cows ass in frame, during a taping might just result in some projectile??? The cow was smart, and regular, the humans here are the ones full of it.

23. I thought it was hilarious. I think what's really funny is the woman who pointed out that they was lookin' at the cows butthole and then the poop came out.

24. A Sacramento news station and a cow-pooping segment? Oh that is TOO easy. TMZ sure knows how to rattle their Sacramento readers. You got me!
I love Good Day Sacramento. The CW31 morning team are hilarious and if you opt to even turn on your TV and want to wake up in a good mood, you will find a good portion of people watching this show. No fake or canned laughs here. Mark S. Allen is a riot. I will take this group ANYDAY over any newsgroup filled with stone-faced deliveries.
Note: filmed at the "May Fair" in Dixon, not Sacramento.

26. Who ever thought a cow could have comedic timing? I love Good Day Sacramento, although I admit it took me a while to get used to the silliness and caffeinated high energy so early in the morning. It's a refreshing change from the stale crime blotter reports that consume the airwaves these days. A hearty laugh to start the day is always a good thing.
