Nick to Eat Like a King -- Chicken a la King!

Nick HoganFor his first meal in jail, Nick Hogan will be getting the same slop Kiefer Sutherland ate when he was locked up.

For din din, Nick will be munching on chicken a la king with turkey gravy, rice, bread, and peas and carrots. The Ivy this ain't!

Since he's the only juvenile in the joint, Nick will be housed at the Inmate Healthcare Facility of the Pinellas County Jail in a single cell. Table for one!

151. Accidents are just that - accidents. However, this was not an accident. Nick “Hogan” was an inexperienced driver, driving a high performance vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

As well, this young man was given too many chances. Only weeks before the accident he was caught on a video being pulled over for speeding and only to be let go with a slap on the wrist, not even a ticket. Of course, he is not unlike many teens who drink and drive at high rates of speed, but he needs to take responsibility for his CHOICE to drink and drive. We all have free will. We all have freedom. The choice of this teen has created another to be basically, brain dead for the remainder of his life. This teen will go on with his life - to be married, to have children, to have a life with his family.

Mr. Graziano went to war for us to have our freedom here in the United States, for Nick “Hogan” to have his freedom of the choice to drink and drive. This verdict today was another slap on Nick “Hogan’s” wrist. The way I see this, is manslaughter - he has taken the life of Mr. Graziano. As Mr. Graziano’s sister stated - it is “a funeral every day” for them. Nick “Hogan” should serve time appropriate for the crime he committed. Unfortunately, in the State of California - his maximum was the possibility of 5 years - he will only probably serve 6 months of the 8 month term he was given. That is ridiculous.

I do feel for the Hogan Family, one can not have that emotion, but this teen was given a slap on the wrist with six months and some community service. Mr. Graziano? Mr Graziano is still left with a Life Sentence. Mr. Graziano - is a Hero. He placed his life on the line for this country. I truly feel an un-justice has been served to the Graziano Family. My comments are not based on the belief that Nick “Hogan” got off due to his celebrity, that would be just irresponsible. Nick “Hogan” got off due to a failed justice system. Nothing more, nothing less.

For those who blame Mr. Graziano for not wearing his seat belt. We are all responsible for the choices we make. Mr Graziano has received a Life Sentence for no twearing a seat belt. Mr. Nick "Hogan" received an 8 month sentence of which he will probably serve six months - for driving under the influence AND aiding his friend in a Life Sentence. Nick "Hogan" is no differant than any other teenager who drinks and drives, other than the fact that he wrapped his high performance vehicle around a palm tree and basically aided in the death of his best friend. For that - he should pay the price of what the State of California requires, 5 years - even though that is not enough time. While the "Hogan" Family is in the future enjoying their grand children - the Graziano Family will not.

153. Well the truth is finally out and it's just as we all thought..the Hogans aren't sorry! Nick never apologized and his actions in the hospital are disgusting. Hulk, the daughter and the ex wife all looked like they were auditioning for a show. Brooke and her hair and nerd glasses, trying to look intellectual and unslutty, when just a week ago her dad was all over her. The mom should go to jail for encouraging her kid to street race and Hulk should be in jail for buying the booze and Hulk was probably one of the other drivers his kid was racing. These people truly are dispicable. I don't know ho anyone can watch them or that stupid show. If Hulk Hogan isn't having sex with his daughter, he sure as hell wants to. I hope the Graziano's sue the hell out of the Hogans and at least their child will be taken care of in th best possible way. Nick also advertised on his Myspace or FAcebook about Kodak sponsoring him and that was days after the accident. Does anyone remember that? He was adviced not to drive so he would have something positive to say about himself in court othewise he would have been back out street racing. This family should never ever be allowed on television again. Nick's community service should be tending to John and people like him..talking to the families of the victims who are now in vegatative states and see what his actions has created...Let Nick sponge bath his "brother"......

154. It still happened and i know the Hogans and they are very very sorry. Nick loved his friend John and he is sick. He didnt fight the charges did he. He isnt a spoiled rich kid. He is going to have to face the rest of his yrs knowing his buddy is messed up and his family. Come on people think. Your not close to Nick. He is sorry and as for John,s father he doesnt know what he is talking about at all. He is a hot headed ashole. Nick was worried in the hospital and couldnt think ,he was in shock over what happened to his friend John. This is sad and alot of folks are very very heavey heareted tonight and for yrs to come.

156. One of the real motoivating factors in Nick's so called admission of guilt was not so much to show respect to the family of his victim but because a court battle would have revealed the kind of parents Terry and Linda really are. Don't people understand that Terry would have been called on the stand to explain his participatioin in the accident and he would have to fess up that he provided alcohol to his son. Linda would be scrutinized with that tape of her boasting of the joy of rock music and street racing and running from the cops. Then Brooke would also be called up and questioned about her parents and there crappy parenting skills. It would have buried the Hogans for this to actually go to court. They threw Nick under the bus although this remorseless ass deservres what he got and will gt. So, again, ick pleading guilty was for one reason, keeping the Hogans off the stand

157. well, the smirk is finally off nick's face now......his track record for his reckless driving for the past years and this tragedy has finally caught up with him....the court acted swiftly and he is finally facing his punishment...parents stop spoiling your teens with fast expensive cars, just because you have the money & stay on their asses about being responsible, be parents...it was on gma that every 18 mins. a teen dies in a car accident because of reckless driving..god bless usmc john graziano..

158. Some on here keep saying he was just weeks away from being 18, therefore he's not a kid anymore..when this happened he was....I do agree that Nick's parents should have taken away his driving privileges after being caught the last time, however, that being said they might have thought he had learned his lesson. My son is 17, will be 18 in February. He has his learners permit. He has driven with me in the car, and because I feel his lack of maturity and attention, and his need for speed he will not get his license until he is 18, and as I explained to him, it is a privilege to drive, not a right, and I don't give a crap if all your friends are driving, he has to show me that is mature enough to get behind the wheel of a car. Too many parents today don't assess the maturity of their children. They feel the need to shower their kids with material things...to keep up with the Jones, or impress their friends...

159. wow...the whole situation is sad but its good to see this young man taking responsibilities for his actions instead of trying to use his money to buy his way out of jail.

160. when the judge asked if he was mentally evaluated, that should have been imposed by the court...nick does seem to be a little off the wall....when john graziano's dad spoke and said he skate boarding & shooting a dart gun in the hospital, right there, it shows that this kid has some real problems...also, nick stated he hasn't driven since the accident...that is bull, as he has been photographed driving in l.a....i hope while he sits in his cell that he seriously thinks about what happened and the terrible consequences that have occurred...he put the metal to the pedal...& was way too young for such an extreme car...i blame nick's lack of parenting for this....it is all just a very sad situation all around...god bless usmc john graziano, a us hero

161. I AGREE WITH HELLO PEOPLE AND JOHN KNEW NICK WAS GONNA RACE HE SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN OUT OF THE CAR OR TOLD HIM TO STOP SO HE COULD GET OUT HE HAD A RESPONSIBILITY IN THIS TOO. BOTH BOYS ARE TO BLAME.

163. MAYBE IF THE LOW LIFE MOTHER OF JOHN WAS NOT TAKING MONEY FROM THE HOGAN'S NICK WOULD HAVE GOTTEN MORE TIME !

Posted at 10:19AM on May 10th 2008 by sussie-25

164. I see John everyday... Everyday his mother is there in the morning and his father at night until time to leave. True Justice would be that Nick would have to see Mr Granziano and his family everyday so that he knows EXACTLY what his actions caused. Also, I believe he should do his 500 hours of community service taking care of Mr Granziano and ohter veterans. this way he knows what all Veterans gave up so that he could have the good life.

Posted at 7:59AM on May 11th 2008 by somone who sees everyday

165. Nick did not get enough time for what happened, Nick has previous problems with speeding so he wasn't a first time offender, last August he decided while drinking that it would be a good idea to drag race, he destroyed someones life this time, did you see the pictures of his friend? most of the guys forehead is missing, Nick should of done at least some prison time! Im disgusted!
