I think if the parents were bieng parents and took his keys and right to his vehicle away with the first speeding ticket he got then there might be a whole different outcome here..Nick should not have had driving privilages, his parents smacked his hand the police smacked his hand, the court smacked his hand. With 4 speeding tickets he should not have had a license or a vehicle to drive, period!
