76. I agree that Nick should have gotten more time, but everything that I have been reading, people are blaming Nick. Yes, he was driving. But who's car was he driving. His Father's. In my opinion, his parents are just as much to blame as Nick is. They were, and probably still are, hard on Brooke. But yet, they pretty well let Nick do whatever he wanted. Just doesn't seem right to me. The parents are suppose to be the grown ups. With having 8 months to think about what he did, I hope Nick comes out a better person. After all, he will be 18 when he gets out. But yet, this is just my opinion.

77. We can point and laugh at the cartoonish characters in today's drama but Tragedy happens. Laura Bush was about the same age when she KILLED a guy when seh ran a stop sign.

79. This is a sad, sad situation. What people dont realize, nobody wins and everybody loses. Each family will have to deal with this for the rest of their lives and even if they are famous, the pain is still there and I cant imagine what the Hogans were feeling as their son was taken off to jail and waht Johns family feels every day. Nobody wins in this situation and we have to realize that they are still human and have feelings.

80. I'm glad nick hogan bollea whatever the family is calling themself these days is going to serve time in jail. What was he expecting a slap on his little spoiled brat hand.the look on hulks face was priceless your son actually deserves more than he got he injured someone for the rest of their entire life ...so hulkster what have you accomplised as a role model with your son ? does you fame and millions bring the day to a close with you saying "I'm a proud father" and what have you taught him prior to his sentencing that money can buy your way out of trouble ? I guess you learned today that it cannot.good going to the judge that handed that entire sentence down and I'm with the rest of the majority it should have been a lot more

81. I was born and raised, and still live, in Pinellas County. It is a very densely populated area that spans from Southern St Petersburg, up thru Largo, Clearwater, Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. Pinellas County deputies are a bitch. I got arrested 12 years ago with a BAC of only .03. The real kicker is: I wasn't even driving my car. The cops never witnessed me driving. I was upstairs in my townhouse, with the car keys no where in sight, when they arrested me for DUI. Why? The neighbors son said he saw me coming home and looking funny. Little did he know, I was perfectly fine then, I had 2 bloody marys before the police arrived. They assumed, based on his testimony, I had been drinking prior. Of course they are going to take his word over mine. They always do, especially when there is a conviction they can have that notch on their belt. I hired this attorney for 5 thousand dollars that should have gotten me out of that in a heart beat. But he ended up just being a piece of excrement dangling off my behind.

82. 13. I'd like to see a REAL picture of Nick
with his new boyfriend smiling while
eyeballing his ass with a BIG smile.
His name? Its carved on the brown
(once white) bar of soap. Son of Bubba!

RE Above post --- I'm guessing that you WANT to be that guy??? Anyone who goes on and on and on about stupidity like dropping soup or getting raped in prison is obviously "wanting a piece of the action". An awful lot of guys here want to line up for Nick.. what a shame.. the kid doesn't derserve that. He'll be punished enough the rest of his life. You all can keep it in your pants or find someone else if you are all so hard up.

Posted at 9:40PM on May 9th 2008 by If you SAY it YOU are WANTING it for yourself - obviously

83. # 74 Mouse trap -- I used to live near there as well...VERY tough police there, city, state, & county.. I'd like them to nail my son in law the way he drives but unfortunately he doesn't even live in FL .. Anyway.. I pray that John's parents have the sense to, after this is over, move him to a home/facility in another state.. next thing they know if they don't, I know of a psycho attorney and jodge who will probably try to have him killed the way they did Terri Schivo. I pray that his parents have connected with their support lines for help with John's care and future care so they don't get a ahold of the poor man. Boy am I praying about that one!! SLOW DOWN in Pinellas, Mouse!!

Posted at 9:47PM on May 9th 2008 by DON'T let John be killed like Terri Schiavo!! --Keep him away from a certain so called judge & atty.!

87. The sentence is ridiculous. He is 17 years old. I hate to say this but, why wasn't John wearing a seat belt. Don't tell me that he wasn't aware of Nick's driving habits.....he was his friend for 6 years. Give me a break. I watched the trial this afternoon and I felt the Graziano family, mostly the father, are ridiculous.

88. I wonder if he's crying like Paris Hilton yet? Is he all of a sudden going to be clostraphobic? Also, I'm wondering when he does turn 18 on July 27th does he automatically get moved to the big boy side of the jail?

And as for he and Brooke being called celebrities... just because you're on a reality TV show now does that earn you that title? So are all the past Big Brother contestents right up there in the "celebrity" category now? LOL

When he does turn 18, he better not get "celebrity" treatment!

Posted at 10:26PM on May 9th 2008 by just wondering....

89. Hey just wondering.....guess what....he is a celebrity.

90. I wish people would stop calling him a kid!!! He's 11 weeks away from becoming a LEGAL ADULT!! It's about time he grows up now - huh?
