32. He was in court pleading his son's case wearing that rag on his head! That is so disrespectful to the court! He has no common sense! He should have made every effort to look like a responsible ADULT parent if he wanted the judge to go easy on his son.

They spend their lives drinkin, smokin, partyin (all the ' in ' words), they pass that down to their kids, who have $$$ to burn, no responsibilities, and think they are above the law. Hulk (who isn't hulky anymore...in fact, he's a shell of the man he once was, whatever that was) is a pedophile, he's going through an old man crisis, not wanting to lose more hair, or get older, or lose his product name.....Well, guess what. That's life. It moves on. Whether or not he moves with it or continues fighting it is up to him. Game over.

I am no hulk fan, and I am no hulk hater.
The grazia family has to realise thier son was an ADULT and made a choice to get into the car, and NOT wear his seatbelt.
Hulks son wasn't an adult, drove drunk, sped and crashed a car. What he didn't do was force his friend to wear the seat belt.

So who is in the wrong? The Grown adult for ignoring the rules, or the kid who was acting like an moron kid?

Tough decision.

I certainly glad I wasn't the judge, cause for me, it would have been a hard decision.

Personally I would have given the hulks kid probation and taken his drivers license away for 5 years. Jail sentence was too harsh. he was a juvinile, and the other guy was an adult. the adult in any case should know better.

Or would any of you get into a car, with a kid that's going to be doing the driving,who you know is drunk, and not wear your seat belt.
I think we all can admit, we would mostly all stop at not getting into the car. and at the very least, at least wear your seatbelt.

43. John Graziano was a 22 yr old Marine and Nick is a teenager. I'm sure you all have made plenty of mistakes in the past that could have, but by the grace of God, turned deadly. Having dated a Marine in the past and being around all his Marine friends, I have no doubt that John was in the passenger seat egging him on. It was a tragic accident that I'm sure the stupid immature teenager or supposed responsible Marine ever intended to happen.
As far a Hulk eating at Hooters, I'm sure the last thing on his mind were their t*ts. Most of you and your teenage daughters probably wear less than the servers do on an afternoon shopping trip to the mall.
