48. Yes Lee, I agree with you, he definitely should not have been allowed to drive, or at least given a 4 cyl Kia to drive. I did my fair share of stupidity when I was that age, but none of it was my Christian Mother or Fathers fault and certainly NEVER ONCE bought me alcohol but I always managed to get it.
Now at 37, I talk very candidly to my children and constantly discuss the ramifications of negative actions. Kids aren't taught responsibility and maturity anymore, something I think Hulk and a lot of other parents are guilty of.
I'm gonna go out on a limb here and would be willing to bet that the 22 yr old bought some of that booze and as a Marine, he is held to a higher standard and be able to practice self control and DEFINITELY the responsibility to wear a SEAT BELT.

He's a GROWN young man that was in the passanger seat thinking he was SUCH a stud that he didnt need a seat belt. The kid they were racing was a friend of theirs and said that JOHN was the one wanting to actually race. NOT NICK.

if he caused his kid to drink and drive then he should go to jail

57. If anyone is interested in the facts Ruth Bollea (Hulk's mother) resides right down the street from that Hooter's in a retirement home. It was a pre mother's day celebration for his mother. She loves to go and eat at that Hooter's. There were many presents on the table and children along as well. Also in attendance was Horace Bollea former pro wrestler. Who was also raised by Hulks mother along with his wife and little girl. There were also other family members with their children and presents for Ruth. Hulk has to be in NY for Regis and Kelly so he has to leave on Sunday so he can't spend the day with his mother tomorrow. He will be there promoting American Gladiators on Monday.

It is a shame when only a small portion of a story comes out and it can easily be twisted. I am not sure if everyone is expecting Hulk to go and live in hole since Nick is in jail. I am sure Hulk has nothing but day's ahead of him with the paparazzi chasing him and his every move being called in to site like TMZ but Hulk needs to go on with his life as best he can while Nick is in jail. The rest of you should go with your lives as well. I thought the real facts needed to be printed.

If TMZ wanted to run this story it should have mentioned the older lady and children that were a part of this wild party that Hulk was having. I guess the source that was used for this story could not be considered very reliable. You should be more sure of your sources TMZ.

58. There was store cameras showing Hulk buying beer earlier in the day with the children in the backround. There was also pictures of empty beer cans (same brand) in the police photos of the wreckage. There were also pics of Hulk with the children outside a waterside boating bar that afternoon, the kids had open beer containers. Father of the year, indeed.
