2. 3 Rooker bar is where they were spotted on "hulk's" boat beforehand
3. 4 speeding tickets the previous year, 3 at 35+ the speed limit and 2 in a construction zone
4. cops chased nicky on his golf cart through bellaire numerous times on public roads
5. nick shot rubber darts in john's hospital room and rode his skateboard thru the hallways- he was bored
6. John had part of his brain removed and will be disabled for life-
7. Being part of the BOLLEA family means you have a handicap- you are already disabled for life

68. I'm probably the only one that feels sorry for the Hogans Yes, I feel even worse for the Grazinos (sp), but come on, Lay Off the Hogans. I honestly thought they seemed like a nice family. I'm glad the Hulk has friends to be with during a time like this. Going to Hooters is no different than retail therapy or crying our eyes out. Everyone copes in different ways. They're human, imperfect like you or I. I know what it's like to have a ton of crap happen to your family all at once with the world offering its comments.ALL of the Hogans and Grazinos are in my prayers.

69. #63- just saying..... Right on! At this point, Hulk's only concern in the preservation of his wealth. Because he's moved money offshore, and created this convenient "divorce". he believes he's out-smarted those who look to set things right;

But- like so much of the other legal advice Hulk has received in this case- he's sadly mistaken.

When the civil case is finally litigated- and there will be no settlement, because the Graziano family has EXCELLENT representation- the award will come down far more than Hulk believes is possible, because not only is he FULLY culpable for his sons' actions, he had ALL the opportunity in the world to prevent this tragedy.

Hulk Hogan WILL be held accountable by the only thing that can truly hurt him- his money.

That isn't revenge- it's justice. Period.

What won't help the final numbers for Hulk are these things like wearing the do-rag to court (and yes, had the judge not been so star-struck, he SHOULD have found Hulk in contempt of court) and the admission that Little Nicky NEVER apologized to the Graziano family until he was on the stand, begging for his own forgiveness...... That Hulk lacked the fortitude to march his son- minus the dart gun and skateboard- and insist that Little Nicky issue them a true apology speaks to the REAL character- or lack thereof- of Hulk Hogan, and this WILL weigh in the civil proceeding.

This is why we have Civil law- to weigh out, in tangible monetary terms, true justice, and to monetarily compensate those parties who have been violated in such a manner that incarceration does not address. John Graziano has already incurred over $1M in medical expenses. and could very well live another 20 yrs; This isn't the Graziano's financial responsibility.... It's not the taxpayers' responsibility....... It's not the Marines responsibility......

It's Hulk Hogans' responsibility. As he himself stated, right after the wreck. He has the cash- Hulk can write a $30M check for this without blinking.

Time to put your money where your mouth is, BROTHER.

72. The Hulk should be celebrating. His kid only got 8 months and with good behavior Nickie will be out of jail in 90 days.
Why is everyone so upset to see the Hulk at Hooters? Did you expect him to be at church praying?
Remember, Nick wasn't drunk and he didn't kill anyone. In fact, he was wearing his seatbelt whereas the passenger wasn't. So it's not totally Nickie's fault.
