I just want to point out that people here are saying teenagers don't watch when they drive that their not careful well just the other day I watched a 40 yr old women driving putting on makeup going at least 50mph on the express way. What kind of person does that. Everyone needs to wake up and stop blaming people we are all at fault for something.

92. This is just sad, period. It is too bad the Hulkster didn't make his son go race on the track. It would've been no big deal for Pop to drop some epic bucks on a couple of cars and a hauler and the whole bit. Then his son would've been able to test himself against other racers and, more importantly, there would've been no tragedy from his street racing.

93. #93 - Nick did drive on the race track, too. Apparently, is 'need for speed' (or attention) wasn't satiated and he had to do it in the streets, just like his Mommy (see my post 84, point #2)

97. The Bollea's aka "Hogan's" are an incredibly privileged and not-very-talented group. The horrible, devastating accident that Nick Bollea caused is HIS fault for being the driver of the vehicle, of course. But even more than his responsibility is the so-called parents of this spoiled-rotten juvenile. I truly believe if Linda and Terry Bollea had been the parents they SHOULD HAVE BEEN, this tragedy wouldn't be in the news today. My kid would have had his driving privileges taken away with the very first infraction of the law!! In my opinion, Mommy and Daddy (with disrespectful "dew-rag" in the Pinellas County court room) should be serving a sentence twice as long as the precious, disrespectful son.

It doesn't fix anything at all... it doesn't get your boy out of jail, fix your marriage (probably damage it further), or get your girl into a successful singing career, but quite frankly, who gives a flying f..k. Store being retarded.... its completely understandable to anyone who is human. t if your in the middle of a divorce and alone, your kids gets sentenced to jail time that you look for comfort. 99. Let's get the facts straight: Terry and Linda are "divorcing" for the sake of maintaining their estate. Terry isn't seeking consolation at Hooters...he is just trying to portray a man who is "lonely and forsaken". The "Hulk" is being sued individually because he is the owner of the Supra and the Viper involved in the street racing crash that mangled John Graziano. Linda is trying to walk away with what assets she can, as the wife. Florida is a "no-fault" divorce state. If all goes as planned (in the Bollea's interest, of course), Linda should walk away with one half of their marital assets. And that would leave all of them in a very comfortable existence. geeeezzzzzz....
