18. Please, I wore heels like that when I was pregnant and was fine... and it doesn't matter what she wears to church, it's just important that she is going! And there is nothing wrong with the fact that she is 17 & pregnant.... Her parents seem like a great support system and I'm sure her daughter will be loved and brought up very well.

19. The biggest sin in the video is the bug splats on the Range Rover windshield. My folks never drove (or let me drive) to church in a dirty vehicle.
Do they not have "people" to keep the vehicle gassed up and washed? Do they know, with their money, they can get "people" to do those chores for them? I was raised in the deep South and never put gas into my car myself until I was out of college.

21. Ok here is the problem I have with it. One young girls should be taught how having sex before your married is not proper for young women. Have respect for yourself and enjoy your life before you attempt something that is special. It may sound silly, but young girls are not ready children, they are still chldren. THe world is now making it seem like its just normal. Well it isnt. I am teaching my daughter that life comes to you when its supposed to. It you that rushes to get to that point. GO to school, watch a game play sports have friends. All the rest will come dont push it.

22. I was an unwed mother at 16. I married my baby's father at 17. My son is now 16 and his father and I are getting divorced. Just because she is 17 and an unwed mother, doesn't mean that she is going to be a bad mother. My son is on the honor roll and is earning college credits while still in high school. He has never been in trouble and has a good head on his shoulders. Yes, it was shocking when the news first broke about Jamie Lynn's pregnancy. It is not shocking anymore. If she chooses to wear heels, so what? Who cares? The concern should be for a safe delivery of the baby; that she has the skills to raise this child in as stable an environment as possible (with the media hounding her every move, that is going to be quite the challenge). When, and if, she marries the baby's father, it should be for love, not because every one thinks it is the right thing to do. If she marries him and then the marriage falls apart, the headlines will be about how every one saw it coming. As far as I can see, this girl will be critisized no matter what she does.

26. well DUH, of course she's not the only one - she's just the one who was on a CHILDREN'S TV show. and DUH again, of COURSE there are some 30 yr olds who aren't good mothers. but it remains to be seen if she will be one of the good ones -OR if she'll wind up like her sister, holding a toddler hostage in a bathtub threatening to kill them both. SHE asked for publicity by pursuing the career she chose. that means taking the heat along with the praise. it's not about every pregnant teenager - this is about ONE who made a stupid choice and will probably make plenty more that we'll get to see on TMZ.
