According to the court papers filed at LA's Superior Court this afternoon, the Chow-lings claim the big bosses have pilfered their tips, shortchanged them on OT and wouldn't even let them chow down during lunch.

So check this out. The help claims Chow kept the ship tighter than a shrimp dumpling -- docking them every time they screwed up. Looks like Chow is the ultimate micro-manager, and we're not just talking height. Cue rim shot.

33. The restaurant industry is brutal. That's why the turn over is so big. You're right that micromanaging kills the human spirit. Desk inspections etc dehumanize the fun that life is suppose to be. Get a grip, let people feel good and relax.

35. Makes you wonder what all of the unhappy employees do to the food there! I hope they have done some nasty things to the owners' food, as well as management, when they eat there! I guess even celebrities better be careful of what they say about this law suit, or they will get the same nasty treatment!

I certainly hope justice prevails and the greedy, creepy Mr. Chow has to pay BIG, as well as start obeying the LAWS.

38. RESTAURANTS LAWS HAVE CHANGED OVER THE LAST YEARS. SOME GOOD FOR EMPLOYEES AND SOME FOR THE OWNERS (BUT ALWAYS GOOD FOR THE IRS) YUK! . CHOW HAS BROKEN MANY OF THE LAWS. HE NEEDS SOMEONE WHO HAS KEPT UP WITH THEM, TO PROTECT HIM FROM THIS IN THE FUTURE. TO MICRO MANAGE HIS OWN RESTAURANT SHOWS THAT HE IS NOT EDUCATED IN THE NEW RULES. GET PROFESSIONAL HELP OR KEEP GETTING SUED YOU DUMB ASS!!!!
