In my opinion, TMZ ...you should be held liable in the case that there is retaliation. I'm so tired of the way TMZ taunts people. Where is the line drawn between "fun gossip" and harrassment or instigation?
I often wonder how some people sleep at night. I mean really? What will happen if someone dies or someone is just seriously injured...will anyone at the TMZ camp feel an ounce of guilt for it?
