First of all, Madonna's arms do look gross. I think Madonna would be great in the sack but those arms need some meat. Second of all, number 8 you should go exercise to relieve your stress. 64. #46 that is always the excuse (no time) that is really a bunch of BS if u have 30 minutes a day and do the right exercises and eat fairly well you can make amazing changes to your body.

74. Okay emilio I definately agree with that. I was trying to say that when you are ripped like that, being ripped is your job. You are definately right about just a half hour a day and eating right.....not because we should all look like Madonna, but because exercise is good for the mind, body and soul.(sound familiar)...........I do it to be healthy. My sister runs 5-7 miles a day on the beach in the damn sand.......and if she misses her run you do not want to be anywhere near her. I have a feeling Madonna is the same way.
