"Idol" castoff Kristy Lee Cook is getting too big for her britches -- at least in her own head.

The songstress called her local nail salon in Grants Pass, Ore. yesterday to make an appointment, and get this -- Kristy asked to be ushered in through the back door to avoid the crowds of adoring fans. Only problem, there weren't any!

No one at the salon had even heard of her. Needless to say, Cook walked in unharmed by the swarm of no one and got her nails and feet did. It's hard being famous y'all!

16. She still has it in her head that she gave Mariah Carey "chills" when she sang her song. Mariah was probably being nice in that the chills were from a fever 'cause this Kristy gal's singing made her so sick. But, you keep giving her press and that is where it just keeps going and going and going. I hope this gal carries on has a good life, but I hope she comes down off her throne long enough to realize it shouldn't be in the singing/performance world.

24. Come on now everybody....be nice. She is a pretty girl and I thought she could hold her own in the competition. Maybe people had been pestering her around town. I find it wierd that the local nail salon didn't know who she was - maybe I'd switch salons or they have their TV's set to Korean stations.

28. so who took the picture then..if not a mean spirited person.? I do not doubt that that "someone "felt the need to make her look stupid...it would be just like one ( possibly the one who provided the photo) to tell people she would be there.
