61. Actually I know her and work down the street from her and she is VERY NICE!
That lady does her nails all the time, and she is the nicest person. She stayed 3 hours longer to make sure she signed everyones pictures at this welcome home thing I went to! I waited for 3 hours! She stayed the whole time! The people who KNOW Kristy know TMZ is just talking trash! Cause she is a good person!

64. #60, Selma is a tiny unincorporated community outside of Grants Pass. Less than 1000 people. Grants Pass has a pop. of about 35,000, perhaps 1/3 of them transplants from So Cal. So aside from 13 year old hick girls, people here could not care less about the white trash that butchered the Beatles.

65. Okay, I didn't go to HS with her but what's the complaint that she used to be cool? People aspire and do their thing, if she's not still "cool" and/or hanging out with former HS buddies get over it. I don’t pretend to like country music and therefore KLC but come on - why be a hater? As for her call to ensure she wouldn't be mobbed - strange indeed. I think she was better then Ace and he thought he was both killer and a great singer. As did that guy earlier this season in this season - the one in the boy band. Cute but when you think you're sooooo cute, it aint cute.

66. I think it is pretty funny that she would be in a Nail Salon having her nails done, especially since she told all of America, that she does them herself.. Can you believe anything that comes out of this girls mouth.. For the record that Nail Salon is one of the BEST in Grants Pass, Or.. I know the back ground in the pic.

68. It sounds to me like she just wanted to get her nails done quietly without any big fuss being made out of it. It's obvious that people are stalking her, else why the picture and the news item? There are an awful lot of sour grapes from small-town losers in these messages. Envy is pretty ugly.

69. I live in GP and know Kristy Lee personally. She used to be a nice girl, a little stuck up but still nice... until she went to AI. Now she could care less who's toes she steps on to get where she wants to be which in my opinion won't be far. She's already had two record deals with a successful label and they got her nowhere. Why does she think it will change now? Yes, she is a good singer but she is certainly not a GREAT singer. There are already a lot of good singers in the world. This also is not "envy" or "jealousy" speaking because I would hate to be in the position that she is in now and have to deal with negative publicity such as this. How embarrassing for her...
As for this picture and the people that say that obviously the paps were following her... I also know the lovely girls at this salon and it was a customer who was tanning there that snuck the picture thinking she could get a little bit of $$$ out of it (She didn't, by the way). Isn't money what drives most people in our society anyway?
Also, I think you should know that Grants Pass and selma may be small towns but that doesn't mean that only hicks live here and most people that come here think it's so beautiful and enjoy it so much that they end up moving here. Why do you think such a large part of the population came here from Cali?

70. small town girl: On what do you base your critique? HOW and WHO has Kristy stepped on to get to where she wants to be since AI? She was home for maybe a total of one week before she was traveling again. Her schedule is full, and her time is not her own (her LIFE isn't her own for the time being) until the tour is over.
By the way, she only had a contract not TWO record deals. Hmmm, interesting...if she had TWO record deals then maybe some folks in the business think she has what it takes to be sucessful...hmmm, just sayin'...
As for the woman who took the picture? What a skank...intruding on someone's privacy with the hope of making money...disgusting.

73. I never heard her say that she does her own nails...and if she did say so, maybe since she's now appearing on national tv she wants a more professional image. I expect most entertainers have their nails done professionally. Heck, I have MY nails done professionally! I think its lousy that TMZ is making her sound conceited. If there wasn't anyone hanging out in front of the nail salon, that just means that no one knew she was there, duh! So coming in the back door worked, duh! And by the way, she just happens to be a pretty nice person, too. Its too bad that pretty girls always get accused of being conceited even when they're not. And you've got to admit, she is very pretty!

75. A girl tanning took a picture of KLC when getting her precious nails done, and everyone thinks the paps are really spending time and money on her? Lot's of people have dirt on her, and National Inqurer is paying $..and some others too. Sorry but not only were there NO FANS…also NO PAPS!! Surely, conceited and looking for attention!!!
