"Idol" castoff Kristy Lee Cook is getting too big for her britches -- at least in her own head.

The songstress called her local nail salon in Grants Pass, Ore. yesterday to make an appointment, and get this -- Kristy asked to be ushered in through the back door to avoid the crowds of adoring fans. Only problem, there weren't any!

No one at the salon had even heard of her. Needless to say, Cook walked in unharmed by the swarm of no one and got her nails and feet did. It's hard being famous y'all!

Who ever had the lameness of trying to find something about her obviously couldn't and had to make this up! We all know this web site is wrong about most everything, and like to make lies up. By the way I am from Grants Pass and that is her regular salon and I happend to be tanning there that day, kristy never came in the back, she was there with her mom, so get your facts straight, and stop being so mean to people..!! Its lame!

77. I think that this web site it pretty entertaining, However, How lame is it that you are saying someone that you have put on your site several times isnt famous.
I live in grants pass, and i go to the same salon as Kristy, the people that work there all are very aware of her fam and are JUST Jealous! they only wish that they could have the talent and beauty that she does, Kristy hasnt changed she is the same person she was before. SO LAY OFF. get a life, seriously

79. I dont believe one word of that story that she called and asked to be ushered in the back door. It's just "Good Journalism" which we all know is just a bunch of unbelievable LIES to make a story. Oh and by the way, she is incredibly talented, cant wait til she makes an album. I HATE people who have nothing else to do but be ROTTEN to other people, the next time you have the urge to slander someone, turn it around by saying something kind about them. Then go look in the mirror and think about all the horrible personal traights you possess. Any one who has the habit of slandering people they dont know are usually horrible,mean spirited insecure people!!!!!! Start doing and saying POSITIVE things and make a difference in other peoples lives!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

80. I do Kristy's nails here at Special Effects Salon. TMZ is right I had to usher her through our back door but I did it because I wanted too. She is sweet, leave her alone!

82. Kirsten Ostrander does her nails at 4th st beauty co. and has done so for long before she even went to AI. So all those people who lie and say that they do her nails, get real. Kirsten does them and she does a better job than anyone in the world. Dont believe it? Try it for yourself. 4th St. Beauty Co. rocks, and that IS where KLC was that day of this photo and a tanning girl DID take this picture and gave it to TMZ. RICK WEBB dated her in High School, as did some other guys from GP.
