Singer Cracks Into Winehouse's Home

Someone was carted off from Amy Winehouse's place on Tuesday -- and for once it wasn't Amy!

Police were called to Winehouse's London home after her pal Kristian Marr, who is a bassist in the British punk group Towers of London, broke in and crashed on the floor of her garage at 2 AM. You are who your friends are!

After being searched, Marr -- who has been linked to Jude Law's ex Sadie Frost -- was taken to the police station.

18. what in the hell man ?? If one of my FRIENDS broke into my house, just to sleep on the floor of my garage, I seriously doubt I would have the police involved.
