Shooting someone over money was not a way of life for Remy Ma nor is it a part of Black culture. Also, don't be fooled - being a "gangster" gets glorified because whites are the majority consumer.They're also behind the record labels and music channels that direct artists to portray that very over-exaggerated lifestyle. Don't get me wrong, we absolutely have to take responsibility for our own actions - it just seems like Black people often have to pay a higher price

The biggest misfortune when it comes to black people doing crime is that heir crime is always associated with the fact that they happen to be black. When a white person (or any other race) commits a crime it's just another news story, no big deal same ol' same ol'. But when a black person gets into trouble it's always somehow realted to our "culture"

44. For all you people asking that the racism stop...take a look at #29-Mad Love's comment. That is why racism is still alive and thriving in today's culture. Black people HATE white people for something that happened 200 years ago. We were not alive then and neither were our grandparents. Get OVER it! Yes, there are idiots out there that hate just for hate's sake, but there are also intelligent, educated and worldly people out here that are sick of all the crap.
