Anne Heche got a break from the judge in her custody war today after appearing in court, claiming she doesn't have a pot to pee in ... even less than her deader-beat ex-husband.

An L.A. County Superior Court judge has suspended Heche's obligation to pay child support for July. Heche has been forking over $14,798 in monthly support.

In her declaration, Heche noted that her TV show, "Men In Trees," had gotten the ax. She says since January, "I have been unemployed and had no income....except for one very short term contract for a movie role for which I received a total of $65,000."

Heche says she has a grand total of $34,840.93 in her accounts. She claims she can't continue paying for Homer's private school tuition, her Canadian mortgage, L.A. rent, auto and other expenses. She says she's $364,000 in the hole.

BTW, Anne was spotted at the Malibu Beach Inn over the weekend. She blew $30 on appetizers, not including tip.

76. $65,000 is more then i make a year and she got it already this year? and claims she is poor? ok the judge should lower the payments but to let her off completly? that wouldn't happen i a regular allamony/child support case

77. EVERYONE..... IS MISSING THE POINT!!! The Woman has to pay for The MAN who can't provide for his own kid. Listen she's already payed out TONS of money. WHY dosn't this so called man get off his rear end and get a job. Instead of playing MR.MOM. To have the woman pay is plain sad, BUT HERE IS THE POINT..... DONT MARRY THESE GUYS WHO DON'T HAVE MORE MONEY THAN YOU> THE COURTS TURN THE TABLES AND MAKE THE WOMAN PAY> MARRYGUYS WHO HAVE MORE MONEY THAN YOU. This is plain example. This guy is acting like a girl instead of a man. I hope she dosn't give this guy a penny more.

78. The child support payments seem high, but we don't know if this child is special needs or not. If he isn't, both parents need a lesson in home economics!

84. Here we have a deadbeat mom. If you're in debt, you generally shouldn't be spending $30 on appetizers- you shouldn't be spending $30 to eat out period! That's why you have grocery stores and kitchens at home. I used to feel badly for Anne Heche and her mental problems, but now I just think she's disgusting.

Judge: Lower the child support. Forget the "grown accustom to" crap

The lawyers win a gain, the judge is "used to this type of thing so treating it the same way", oh well, it is just another case of hollywood crap...Wish I had that much in the bank and what he collects sitting on his ass. Ever heard of financial planning

90. First - I'm super bummed that Men In Trees was cancelled -- I loved that show!! And having her pay that much child support is ridiculous! Like all that money really goes to the kid. You know her ex is living well.
