Anne Heche got a break from the judge in her custody war today after appearing in court, claiming she doesn't have a pot to pee in ... even less than her deader-beat ex-husband.

An L.A. County Superior Court judge has suspended Heche's obligation to pay child support for July. Heche has been forking over $14,798 in monthly support.

In her declaration, Heche noted that her TV show, "Men In Trees," had gotten the ax. She says since January, "I have been unemployed and had no income....except for one very short term contract for a movie role for which I received a total of $65,000."

Heche says she has a grand total of $34,840.93 in her accounts. She claims she can't continue paying for Homer's private school tuition, her Canadian mortgage, L.A. rent, auto and other expenses. She says she's $364,000 in the hole.

BTW, Anne was spotted at the Malibu Beach Inn over the weekend. She blew $30 on appetizers, not including tip.

92. Unfortunately, I pretty much turn a deaf ear on birth mothers who do not have custody and appear to never have wanted custody. So, guess she will have to find herself a sugar daddy or a sugar momma -- or both, liquidate her homes and vehicles and get a job at the Burger Drive-Through.

93. 1. To the a-hole quoting the Bible, how about writing the many times the Bible condradicts ITSELF? Given that it was written by MEN who heard voices, duh. They have medication for that now. I'm gay & don't tolerate Bible thumpers well.
As for Anne - see how life works? Ellen seems to have really suffered over their breakup, but now = who is happier?

95. If she and her husband were still married and her show was cancelled, they would have to tighten thier belts. Just because they got a divorce doesn't mean that he gets to live off her at the same income if she doesn't have it. Getting a divorce is not somehting you should be punished for. If she is not making the same money, she doesn't have to starve herself or go broke just to pay child support. If they were still married, they would have to make a collective decision to withdraw him from school....so what's changed?

I'm not a fan, in fact, I can't stand her but this child support thing is a mess. Plus she is in the entertainment industry. Alot of what they do is done over lunch. She may have been making connections. If she wasn't trying to be out there, someone would have their mouth open about that. Plus if she is so money hungry then wouldn't she be out there trying to work? Ugh. Just shut up.

It's time to consolidate Anne, first fire your manager, get yourself a financial analyst, unload some of that property that you don't need & unload that deadbeat ex before he sucks you dry, why isn't he working?. Surround yourself with people who really care about you! It's all about you and your baby now, kid...get going!!!!!
