The El Dorado, CA County DA has officially charged former "Baywatch" babe Jose Solano with four misdemeanor counts, including petty theft, driving without valid license and hit and run after he allegedly swiped a book of tattoo art from a tattoo shop and took off in his car.
Cops say Solano -- who played someone named Manny Gutierrez on the show -- walked into the parlor last week, grabbed a book of art and ran out of the store. When confronted, he claimed to be a cop and then bolted, but not before hitting a light pole.
His next court date has not been set.

That tat book was the most valuable thing in that town. It's original name was Hangtown, cause they hung a lot of people in the gold rush days, some women too. Anyway, the motto of that county is COME ON VACATION, LEAVE ON PROBATION.. Guess he didn't know that. They have a bicycle lane on the FREEWAY! Hell, he's probably a really big celebrity there right now. Talk about knuckle draggers, that place still has cavemen walking around.
