Calvin Klein Model Dies in Fire

A model who appeared in several Calvin Klein ads with Kate Moss perished in an Indiana apartment fire over the weekend.

Firefighters were called Sunday morning to the apartment model Heather Stohler shared with her boyfriend, Daniel Risley. When they got there, they found the unit up in flames. Both were rushed to the hospital where Stohler died later that day. Risley died on Tuesday.

The fire appears to have been an accident.

17. What a horrible way to die. That is one of my top three worst ways to die - Burning Alive, Drowning (trying to grasp your last breath of air), & being stabbed (feeling the knife going in and out over and over).

Now I have to say what came to my mind, while it is always a tragedy when someone dies in a horrific accident - I thought "these girls starve themselves and die without ever knowing what a good meal they missed." Is not worth it to skip out on the simple and fun things in life just to be a size 0. Life is way to short.

18. You can read more on this tragedy in the local Vincennes, Indiana newspaper suncommercial.com. There is an article online today explaining "what the hell" they were doing in Indiana!

19. Vincennes, IN is a college town. I know because that is where I went to school. So as for "What the hell she was doing in INDIANA," perhaps she was furthering her education.

28. Why would she be living in Vincennes, Indiana. I live in this town and the apartment bldg. she was living in was....kinda run down. Not what I see a aspiring model to live in.
