A model who appeared in several Calvin Klein ads with Kate Moss perished in an Indiana apartment fire over the weekend.
CK model dies in fire
Firefighters were called Sunday morning to the apartment model Heather Stohler shared with her boyfriend, Daniel Risley. When they got there, they found the unit up in flames. Both were rushed to the hospital where Stohler died later that day. Risley died on Tuesday.

The fire appears to have been an accident.

31. Regardless of where they lived or whether Ashton is in the ad, I hope Heather and Daniel are at peace.

35. Thankyou for those of you with kind words to say about my daughter. Especially you Rick. If you see this, please send your contact info to Heather's yahoo mail. I have access to her account. All I have for you is a London # and email @ priemier.
As for the rest of you, this may not be real to you, but it's very real to us. My daughter loved the simple things in life. She was a small town girl and she loved the small town life. She quit modeling because got tierd of it. She didn't starve herself, in fact she loved food. She was a beautiful person inside and out. We're all devastated that we've lost our best friend. I don't know how I'm going to get through my life without ever hearing her sweet voice or her next funny story or seeing her beautiful smile again.
I didn't know Danny well, but his father is a very good friend of ours and all of our pain is very real. We spent part of this past summer listening to him, his brother, father and another good friend of ours playing guitar and singing just hanging out with friends on the weekend. Danny, I noticed, had a really good voice and was quiet and sweet. I'm so sorry I didn't take the time to learn any more than that about him.
Danny had a little girl and Heather has a huge family that thinks she's sweetest person on this earth. She wanted to be a mother someday. And she would never make a remark like some I've seen in these comments. She would have been feeling the pain of the lost and their loved ones.

36. I live in Vincennes, and had the pleasure to work with Heather. I never knew she was a model tho. As her mother said, she was a down home girl. She was very quiet. I was shocked and saddened by the news of her death. It seems so unreal. I still can hardly believe she's gone. My thoughts and prayers are with her family at this time. May God hold you in his arms and comfort you.

37. Hey popo could you be any ruder? My cousin Danny Risley died as a result of this fire. I didn't know Heather that well, but she was a very nice down to earth person. Danny leaves behind a little girl from a previous relationship. Please pray for our family this has been very hard on his mother and his 2 brothers. Thanks

39. I imagine many do not know what a beautiful person Heather was, inside and out. Heather had her problems and faults like anyone else, but she had one of the most giving and compassionate hearts of anyone I know. We loved her beautiful smile and quirky sense of humor. She loved her friends and family and was always there when anyone needed her. She wasn't a snob, or a skinny freak, she was real. She always freely gave more of herself than she took. She had spent several months taking care of her elderly great grandfather (my dad) who loved her dearly before moving to Vincennes. We are all struggling with trying to understand why this happened to two young people trying to start a new life, planning on going to college and having a family. We know she had Christ in her heart and a love for the Lord, so we will see her iagain n heaven one day. I will pray for all those who knew and loved Heather and Danny, and those of you who do not understand. You will be missed Heather. I love you, Grandma.

40. Heather was a close friend of mine that i miss and her boyfriend Danny was like my best friend. Heather was a very very nice girl. She was nice to everyone and never had anything bad to say about anyone. Heather was full of life and down to earth as was her bf Danny.
Heather and her bf Danny had just seatled in to their apt and things were looking up for them. I think its a shame how some look at this as a joke on here.
Heather and Danny will be missed greatly by myself. It was so hard for me to go from talking to them everyday and then not talking to them at all. I miss you guys.
