20. Villar cheated on his soon to be ex wife not one but TWICE, and one of those times was while she was undergoing CHEMOTHERAPY FOR CANCER!!!!!

Meantime, the mistress, Mirthala Salinas is already engaged to another latino guy ( a real estate saleman). Rumors I have heard are that Corina expected a plum role when her husband took over the Los Angeles Unified School District. She has some lofty ambitions of her own -- being that she came to California as an illegal alien prior to her marriage. 25. OMG!!! This guy is an idiot! Is he really in charge of our city? Google his name. He is proud of the fact that he had to take the bar 8 times before he passed.

BTW, I sat next to him at lunch several weeks ago in LA. He did not pay the bill. He just got up and left after he was finished. Is he exchanging food for favors?
