Parvati Shallow won $1 million bucks on "Survivor" this past Sunday -- so why the hell was she hitting up the paparazzi to pay her $4 cab fare last night in L.A.?

17. Is her name Parvati? ... or Poverty? :-) And I am sure people have commented before on her last name Shallow? So, she's shallow and poor ... for now. How much of the $1 million will she pocket after taxes are taken out? I got an $1,000 bonus check at work, but it only came to $580 after taxes. Major bummer! :-(

18. If Amanda really wanted to win she should have taken Cirie too the final two, but I think she had the hots for Par too and wanted to spend some alone time with her....Wow

19. An unsatisfying ending to a great Survivor season. How the jury justified voting for someone's uses her looks to get everything in life is beyond me. Parvati has very little else to offer society.

Its funny, hella folks get mad when a girl "uses" her looks or personality to get ahead in this type of competition.yet no-one trips when on these shows like Survivor or Real World Challenges when the guys kick the girls off, calling them dead weight, but when a group of girls finally unite and kick off the boys, all the sudden she's a bitch and a hoe for money. From the few episodes I watched, Parvati worked hard on the challenges - did she say 'hey James, do this one for and you'll get super head later'? So quit trippin' off this girl, most of y'all sound like a bunch of haters who would say 'Go girl' if you met her, and then call her a bitch behind her back. She did seem like a good role model, better than the girl that tried to cry to get the vote, Parv comes off confident and seems to have a lot of good things going. She's a trilingual college graduate, as well as a boxer, and working with troubled (female) youth with non-profits... What are we doing with our lives? Oh yeah, sitting in our thrones of judgement, pretending to know whats what. Last thing, those tmz and paparazzi better cough up some dough, their lively-hood depends on these celebs and their gossip, so pay the cab and maybe you'll catch the next Britney Spears/ Lohan shot.
