City Attorney Says Worm is One Bad Apple

The L.A. County city attorney has charged bad boy baller Dennis Rodman with domestic violence after he allegedly hit his gf last month at a Los Angeles hotel.

Prosecutors nailed Rodman with several misdemeanor counts of spousal battery, brandishing a deadly weapon and one count of dissuading a witness.

Cops say Gina Peterson called hotel security on the evening of April 30 after she claims The Worm grabbed her arm after they had some sort of fight, causing a bruise. After the incident Rodman's rep told us that he had "had too much to drink" that night.

Dennis is currently at a rehab facility in Florida where two days ago he told us "I've never hit anyone."

You are an embarrassment. Thanks for making the 4 hour trip recently from Long Beach to Fort Lauderdale a miserable one. Those poor people sitting by the window and middle seat with you went through absolute hell. Why would you refuse to let them go to the bathroom? Also, why would you pull your tee shirt over your head and mumble like a child? As for the blond you were trying so desperately to pick up, she told the person next to her “not in her lifetime and would not wish you on her worst enemy”. Finally the next time you book a flight try asking a person in a nice tone of voice if they want to change seats with you. Maybe someone will like you for who you are and what you have accomplished instead of riding along for a hand-out, trim and 5 minutes of fame. Grow up Dennis you are in your mid 40s. Finally, you ever wonder why parents won’t let their children walk-up and talk with you? It’s not your looks, it’s your attitude. Make the change Dennis.

19. Interesting. I think there is MORE to this story than what is stated. Brandishing a deadly weapon? Would that be his "fists" or an object he was threatening her with? Get with IT people! If it was just an innocent "arm grab" why would he try to dissuade a witness and have a charge of "BRANDISHING A DEADLY WEAPON"? What idiots!

25. How are these just misdemeanor counts????? My brother was charged with domestic violence (both parties slapping each other around - no weapons involved), he spends $20k for attornies and he still gets 2 years in Calif prison. Is this story correct - or is this just more proof that celebs get different legal treatment ??? Rodman won't do time - they rarely do.
