DMX: Plea of My Plea is Not Guilty

DMX arrived one hour late to the Maricopa County Superior Court today -- a bad start to the first of many court appearances he'll be making in the future.

DMX pleaded not guilty on three felony drug charges, including two counts of marijuana possession and one for drug paraphernalia -- stemming from last week's raid of his Arizona home by authorities investigating alleged animal cruelty.

He still faces one count of misdemeanor animal cruelty -- along with that other pesky arrest from earlier this month.

1. This coward will probably do little time for his animal abuse. Why couldnt he just take the drugs and kill himself. The guy has no value what so ever. Surely a few of the so called stars could speak out and defend the dogs this creep abused.
Everyone in every industry should ban this dmx or what ever he calls himself from everything to do with any life.

2. First of all, no respect for the court whatsoever in regards to his manner of dress! LOCK HIM UP! He has no respect for himself, animals or the court of law. He will probably walk due to whatever money he may have. Who cares about him? Certainly not me.

4. I really dont care about the drugs ..thats 90 percent of the entertainment businest.but the cruelty to animal charges he should be persercuted to the extentt of the law. The legislation really needs to enact harsher penalties for such vile behavior!! To simply make someone pay a fine is an outrage! P.E.T.A!

12. #4, I think he's trash and I am black! In my eyes, he's as bad or worse than Michael Vick. At least MV had enough respect to wear a suit to court!

To #9, I personally wish Rap would die because it is garbage today. Back in the day, it was actually cool but now its crap. Unfortuantly, don't hold your breath! Rap is here to stay whether you like it or not.

14. Sheriff Joe said he would make room so Paris Hilton could serve out her entire sentence and receive no early release. All they had to do was ship her from Calif. next door to Arizona. Too bad he wasn't taken up on his offer.

No doubt there'll be plenty of room in the Maricopa County jail for DMX to serve out his sentence. Mike Tyson can attest to that. So will Charles Barkley if he doesn't pay off his gambling debts.

Why did DMX buy out in Cave Creek? It's a nice area, but it's pretty far out of town. Personally, I'd buy in Paradise Valley, or the foothills area in Tucson that has great city views. (I'm a fan of Canyon Ranch).
