49. I muted the TV during her performance since I couldn't stand the sound of what little singing she did. I couldn't understand what she was saying and her dancing was pathetic.. Her hair color was straight out of the ghetto. Her performance was a joke. She made a fool out of herself and needs to go back to school and get an education because the only entertaining she's suited for is playing a hooker, stripper, baby's mamma, etc. She is GHETTO! How did she ever make it on AI? She is so unattractive and lacking in talent it's not funny. She was one HOT GHETTO MESS! i wish Simon would have had the chance to say something and would have said exactly what he thought. She deserves whatever nasty comments she gets for that performance. I guess it's safe to say her career is over and last night was a pathetic attempt to revive it. Well, it didn't work!

50. You have got to be kidding me - this is a singer who won this? I could not understand a word she sang and at the end when she started to scream I was hoping someone would stick something in her mouth just to shut her up. Simon may not have said anything but then again I dont think he had to do so. This may have been the worst moment in Idol history and that includes all of the people who try out. Someone called it a train wreck - that is not correct - people actually would look at a train wreck a second time if they saw it!!!!

51. At the end of Fantasia's perfromance Simon was smiling! I think he was stunned...because he may have never seen Fantasia do a performance such as that! Fantasia Got Down!!! Those of you who tried to dis Mary J don't know anything about music...Do Your Thang Fantasia!

52. Well this just goes to show you that people have differant opinions about what is entertaining. I really enjoyed Fantasia's performance. At first I shook my head at her appearance, but then when she performed it all came together. I thought it was hot. She is definately a throwback.

53. Simon's face was the same as ours.... WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT? I am excited that the backup singers got so much publicity, they were pretty good, but I thought about contacting the AI producers and offering to save them the money and next time to just call me and I'll do the exact same performance.

She should really be ashamed at that, that was the best performance she could do??

60. I just can't help but wonder what the current contestants were thinking while watching that horrible performance. Here they are...all talented...all hoping for a chance at this business and giving great performances (by comparison) each week and being criticized left and right. I would bet each one of them was thinking.... WTF?

I would have loved it if Simon was able to speak those words we know were in his mind. "What the hell was that?"

But that's just my opinion....
