I have worked with drug addicts /alcoholics in a New England Hospital for 10 years. The best success stories I have witnessed are people with long-term sobriety reaching out to a fellow addict.

Good for Mel, if he is willing to help this troubled young woman. Shame of you, for your negative posts.

But Mel is against abortion. He's very conservative religiously to the point where he even considers the Catholic Church to be too liberal. He would not aid and abet something that he believes is a mortal sin. And besides, abortions are completely legal in California. There's no need to skulk off to a foreign country.

It's because Papa Spears has easily put into effect what Britney has always adamantly opposed: some simple security measures to keep the paps away.

To all the people who want to blame Britney's media over-exposure and breakdown on the intrusiveness of the paps, this should prove to you that you are wrong. Before the conservatorship, Britney went out of her way to court the paps, and she _wanted_ all that attention. At any time, she could have implemented the same kind of anti-pap security that most celebrities take advantage of every day, but Britney repeatedly refused to do so. Instead, she flirted with the paps, ate meals with them, paraded herself and flounced in front of them, exposed herself to them, and even invited one of them to be her boyfriend (Adnan).

Now, Jamie has implemented the anti-pap measures that Britney should have put into effect long ago, and the stalkers are finding it very hard to get photos of her any more.

Just keep this in mind the next time any of you try to blame the paps for Britney's troubles.

I am sure they have beautiful kitchens and dining rooms wiht a full fleet of servants, so why do they need to go to "a Studio City restaurant" to meet?.... not making sense. not real people. stop obsessing about these people are just actors and singers. and/or models or tv stars. Let's just get real now, the world is falling apart

How do you know that they don't meet each other privately in their homes? The stalkers can only take photos of them when they're out, so that's all we see.

In any case, there was ONE meeting in a Studio City restaurant something like two months ago. It's likely that many more private get-togethers have occurred between then and now.

If you think that we know more than 1 or 2 percent of what goes on in the lives of celebs, then you're living in a fantasy world that's even further removed from reality than Britney's.
