Celebrity Justice
Nick's Tears -- Crock of Fakery?

TMZ has obtained the extensive trove of letters and testimonials filed by the Hogan family to try to get Nick a soft sentence.
Nick Hogan
In his appeal, Nick's dad -- Hulk Hogan -- claims reality show "Hogan Knows Best" is "scripted" and that Nick isn't the wild kid people see on TV. He barely addresses Nick's insane driving and insists the whole thing was an "accident."

Nick writes that the ordeal since August 26 has been difficult and that he's a changed man -- but he still doesn't know how to spell. ("Diffiucult" and "chanegd," for the record.)

Also Included were letters from victim John Graziano to the Hogans -- written before the accident -- while he was serving in Iraq.

31. Wow, what a little turd blossom. Nick needs to go to prison for what he did. He's destroyed the lives of the family members of the kid that was with him. What he did was criminal and there's no excuse for it. He should get at least 2 years of hard time so he can learn a lesson. He's probably not sorry whatsoever. You see that little jerk on that show Hogan Knows Best and he's nothing more than a little stuck up piece of crap that's been given everything and contributed nothing. It's time to stop letting these people get away with crap. It's time for them to pay the price just like the rest of us would. Just because they can afford good lawyers does not give them the right to kill or hurt ordinary people like you and me. I'm sick of these celebrities getting off the hook as though they are some sort of gods. We need to crack down on them for their bullcrap. Paris HIlton got what she deserved. No Nick needs to get what he deserves, a long stretch in prison. To helll with Hulk Hogan for this. He's a bastard and so it nick.

33. So Hulk, let' me get this straight. According to your family, John was like a big brother to Nick, Linda was his second mother, like a brother to Brooke and like a son, a second son to you. Essentially then as "parents", you're culpable for screwing up BOTH of these boy's lives.

34. Were the 4 previous moving violations by the time he was 17, scripted for the cameras also? Hulk is not doing this kid any favors by making excuses for him! He was not wrongly convicted and he is being taught to blame the court for what he did.

35. That spoiled, selfish sob should have been thrown UNDER the jail! Hulk Hogan--what goes around comes around!

36. #22 -the reason John's family is suing is because Hulk has insurance! They will sue for policy limit and Hulk and Nick will not pay a cent. except for an increase in premium.

37. Jimmysez-The old man can try to SUGARCOAT this whole situation, but it ain't gonna work. The boy is a menace to society and deserves to be klocked up for at least 10 years. If he did'nt have Daddy's $ and lawyers he would'nt have landed on such a soft spot.As far as his little boy being not what he seems, that's balony. When he's on TV he's not gonna be a jerk. He's just a jerk in his own world. He has to live with what he did. That other poor fellow is a veggie thanks to him. He has to live with that. I think those tears are gonna tear him apart at night. I would'nt wanna to be in his shoes. THATS ALL

38. tell it to someone who cares, him and his sister are a bunch of ignorant spoiled rich brats, who think that they can do or say anything and get away with it, i think he got off easy getting eight months in jail, his injured friend didnt get off that easy.

40. even money can not buy intellegence, what do you think of giving a 16 yrold a fast car would do, no responsiblity for your actions NOT

42. What happened is very sad and unfortunate. However, John (the adult) wasn't wearing a seat belt and Nick was. If John would've had his seat belt on he might not be in this situation. Of course I do think that Nick needs to be held responsible for his actions.... but not crucified for them. He didn't hurt his friend intentionally.

43. This is what happens when celebrities BREED!!
They consistently produce this type of child, who in turn grows up to be a major drag on society AND the environment with their careless actions and lives of excess.
And celebs like Pitt and Jolie not only spawn them, they BUY children and turn them into this!! Children that probably would have been of value in their original countries as adults. Instead, they will grow up with nothing to offer mankind. Celebrities should NOT breed. Period

44. I have to agree with DJ.. Do the crime pay the time...Its not like he got sentance like anyone of us would have.. If that was me I would probley be sittin with a life sentance not a "hard 8 mths". Its turly not far in my eyes he should have got worse, but of course money and pull gets away with muder....

45. Anyone else have a really hard time reading Hulk Hogans letter? This is kinda an important letter your writing to the judge that is deciding your sons sentence, you think you might take the time to make sure he can actually read it.
