And as a breast-man, let me say that most men I know consider implants to be grotesque. We get as much satisfaction from them as we would from a water balloon. It might have the same shape as a breast, but getting turned on by a water balloon would just be wrong.

47. I say they're fake. You're boobs don't get that big from just having a baby. Smart though to have a breast augmentation while still in the hospital from having a baby.

48. Their REAL ..when i got Pregnant i was like a B cup .. when my daughter was born n i started nursing her they went to a DD .. when i stop nursing her at a YR they went to a D .. my husband loves em .. breastfeeding does a body good :) trust me!!

49. I believe they are real, simply because I have breastfed three children, and went from an already large D to a DDD once the milk came in. A breastfeeding woman can range in cup sizes throughout the day as milk is used and then replenished.
And for anyone who thinks that is sick, they need to re-examine wha boobs are for. I am also a lactation consultant, and am so tired of hearing about people believing that her boobs must be implants. Get a clue, people!

50. Seriously, 47? There is no doctor on the planet that would perform an augmentation while recovering from childbirth.
I say real! And good for her for choosing to breastfeed!

51. All of you saying her boobs are due to having the baby....look at her BEFORE she had the baby or before she even got pregnant....she had a HUGE fake rack...not as big as they are now but she has implants.
It's OBVIOUS. @@
