The 47-year-old resurfaced at a charity event in L.A. last month, looking flawless.
Besides creating a weight loss program, Mitch starred in the '80s film "American Anthem" and was Chris O'Donnell's body double in "Batman Forever."
Mitch invented a move on the horizontal bars that is known today as the Gaylord Flip.

Sorry TMZ - a perfect 10?
Coming off steroids is never pretty.
He looks like that "Leave it to Beaver" guy.
No way this is the same guy. Look at the nose and eyes. Even his ears are totally different.
And, a perfect 10 what? Sorry, don't think so.
I was a Gymnast at Tim Dagget's Gold Medal Gymnastics. Tim Dagget competed with Mitch at the 84' Olympics and is Definitely Mitch. Peoples looks change year to year especially when you get older so that is him. Sorry my3cent$ but you're wrong
I had such a crush on him when I was younger---he looked so damn hot in the Soloflex ad with the tag-line, "a hard man is good to fine." He doesn't look that bad now but still no where at his peak---a similar fate for other beautiful guys when younger such as Kevin Williams and Christopher Atkins.
Great to see him doing well. Wonder how Peter Vidmer, Jim Hartsung, Bart Conner, Tim Daggett, and the other gold-medal team members are doing?
does anyone else think the young mitch gaylord looks a lot like Tom Welling from Smallville?
First of all let me say that people saying they are first on here is so annoying.
Second, I had the biggest crush on Mitch Gaylord when I was a kid. He looks okay now, but not as good as back then. I'd still do him though.
