19. in response to facts man its not necessary to have fake breasts in order to have the flat spot. i have natural breasts and i have the flat spot. it comes from having wide shoulders and as a result the breasts sit further apart creating the slat spot. it sucks for any kind of cleavage.

30. #8 - Yes, it is possible for natural boobs to have a flat space in the middle. Wide set breasts run in my family. Without bras our breasts go East and West. Luckily I've always worn a D cup so it didn't take much to have some really nice cleavage with a bra on, but my small breasted counterparts, aren't so lucky.
