47. TMZ took this audio way out of context. He did not POST this video anywhere, ever. He was making what he thought was a PRIVATE statement to some of his fans, and some "hater" decided to leak it so it would make him look bad and "ungrateful". His concerns are legit, by the way. He was on the show and was mainly the only semi-finalist with a huge fan base such as himself. Idol usually has the funny "rejects" from the audition round attend the finale and they won't even have him there? It really does make no sense.

Danny is a very humble, talented young boy. He was just letting his fans know, and of course TMZ has so start a "scandal" about it without getting all the details. Way to go TMZ!!!

48. What is wrong with all you people? He was in the Top 24. He deserves tickets to the finale! That is absurd. He is not acting like a diva or a bitch! He is hurt! And AI is wrong, not him! It's absurd. I've always thought all the top 24 were invited to the finales....they were part of what made the show this season. AI is just disgusting. He asked his mom to wait just a minute; how is that rude? He wasn't being rude to her. It was one time; not him putting her on hold for 10 minutes or anything without responding.

I think we should start a campaign to get Danny on American Idol's finale. It would be fun to see him there with all this bitchy back and forth stuff. The show could use a cat fight controversy or two before even more viewers jump ship.

51. I dont see why they dont give all the contestants tickets for the final. Like...he was on the show. Even on the top 16. Thats just stupid not to give him a ticket.

The main reason Danny and his fans got so up in the air about him not getting tickets is because Danny's name was included in a poll posted on American Idol's website saying "Which eliminated contestant are you most looking forward to seeing at the finale?" That would seem to indicate that Danny WAS going to BE at the finale.

When Danny actually tried to contact them to get tickets he found out that he didn't have tickets and wasn't going to be able to get them. If you don't believe me that it happened that way then listen to the video again. He refers to the poll as not being real.

He and his fans who love him have a reason to be upset. He was set up by American Idol to get people talking and to get ratings for the finale. Until now Danny has been very gracious toward Idol and his Idol experience but now he has a reason to be bitchy toward them.

58. As others have said before this is not a video thta Danny posted for all of the public to see. Someone leaked it and TMZ leached onto it.
Danny is a very talented artist and was part of the top 24... the top 16 even. He should have been given tickets to the finale along with the rest of the cast. He should not have to beg and plead for tickets only to be denied. Danny has an incredible fanbase who will support him in whatever he chooses to do in the future.
