Mariah's Date With Her 12-Year-Old Husband

Mariah and Nick are cute at dinnerTMZ got an earful from the woman who served Nick and Mariah at LA's Gyu Kaku -- a restaurant where you cook your own meat!

According to the server, Nick, Mariah and one of her backup dancers came in for an intimate dinner earlier this week. Mariah's bodyguard came too, but he was banished to his own table.

We're told Mariah and the dancer sipped on wine while Nick, being the eternal 12-year-old, guzzled four Shirley Temples. The couple held hands throughout the meal and seemed "down to earth. "

And for the piece de resistance - Nick paid! And left a 20% tip.

23. Good story. I'm sure they are a great couple. That was nice of him. Now, why don't YOU do something nice tmz and stop putting up unflattering photos of MC?! She is gorgeous in person as we can tell by your videos, so put up normal pic.s instead of ones from 2003, or where she may have blinked or was talking. She is polite and friendly to your guys and lets them get their shots in so WTF?

25. Mimi's whole deal is based on the probable fact that she was sexually abused by someone close to her and/or abandoned by her father. Her obsession with butterflys and Hello Kitty and acting like an etrenal 15 year old and dating men who either way older or way younger are indicitive of her pathology and unresolved issues. She got married at an amusement park because that's what a 15 year old would do. Her husband acts like a twelve year old because that's what she feels comfortable with (that or an old man who probably resembles the man who hurt her in her past) blah blah blah. Either way she has more money than most of us and it's obnoxious to me that such a fortune is wasted on someone who wants to buy lots of spandex mini dresses and roller coaster rides. WTF?

28. Mariah seems to be desparate, starving for attention!! Nick knows he's loving the attention too!!! He should of just stuck to the little birds that he's use to dealing with, she's too much for him!!! And Mariah knows she can have any man she wants!! I can't understand this one!!! 30. Nick's not the eternal 12 year old. .... Mariah is. She said on Ellen that she does't celebrate birthdays but rather ''anniversaries" and that SHE is eternally 12.
