Tobey Maguire Spider-Man took off his superhero pantyhose on Thursday to play with his daughter, Ruby Sweetheart.

Perhaps In 14 years, Tobey and Ruby will pose for Annie Leibovitz too.

3. Why do the TMZ writers insist on making a BEAUTIFUL possitive story into such NEGATIVE hatred?

It would be nice to read a pleasant story once in awhile without the NEGATIVE twist to it!!!!

4. I could almost understand the negative swipe if it was a picture of a publicity hound like Tom Cruise or Posh and Becks but not applied to someone like Tobey Maguire who is notoriously shy and tries to live his life quietly and without incident. Totally uncalled for here in this case. Negative just to be negative.
