The frequently-troubled actress returned from Europe this weekend and spent yesterday looking care-free -- and damn hot!!! -- with friends in the Pacific Palisades.

In Lindsay's world, there is no problem that can't be solved by wearing a bikini.

36. No, she doesn't. She has lied repeatedly to people in the business, acted disgracefully and disrespected her opportunity to work in the business. She should go to school and get a job. Maybe if she went to school she would make some friends who would help her grow up. She's living in a plastic bubble with a dirtbag for a friend. I hope she is shunned by the industry.
