Angelina Jolie was photographed on her balcony Saturday, and there's a mini-debate that's starting to rage over the propriety of the pics.
On the one hand, the chick was in a private place -- kinda sorta -- which some think is off limits.
On the other hand, she's been photographed from the same balcony in France for weeks, so she must have known one flash would set off another.

16. Didn't TMZ answer it's own question? In one sentence, your admitting she is in a private place (sorta...), then say she should have KNOWN that they will take pics of her? so.... you think with all the stuff she's doing, she's buying magazines, logging onto the internet to see where her mug is everyday? It's private property, period! It's bad enough when someone takes the pic, but then you go ahead and post it....

20. Why in the hell would anyway take off their shirt on a balcony anyway? If you do not want to be seen, you change clothes in the house! Especially, when you have already been photographed from that balcony before. Maybe she is just proud of her huge milk jugs and wants the world to appreciate them as well.
